Step-by-step instructions to log in
and how to begin responding to reviews

To comment on a review of your park, the website has to recognize you as a park. Reviewer accounts have been set up for each park with a Username and Password, recently emailed to each park.

To Log In and Respond to a Review:

Step 1

Navigate to your Listing Details Page on GoodSamClub.com

From the Home page, click on Plan a Trip and then select Find a Campground in the drop down menu.

Step 2

In the Find a Campground search box, select your state from the drop down menu and type in your park name, then click Search.

Step 3

From the Search Results page click on your park to view your Listing Details page, (your park's information page).

Step 4

Click the Reviews tab, below your description, to display all your park's reviews and comments.

Step 5

Select the review that you want to respond to and click on the link Own this Park? Comment on this review, directly below the review.

Step 6

You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password.

Note: If you are a Good Sam Park that already has a login for GoodSamClub.com you can be linked to a reviewer account so the site will recognize you as a park and allow you to comment on reviews about your park. Your GoodSamNetwork.com username and password for will not work for the Reviewer Login.

Step 7

Once logged on, you can begin to respond to reviews. After writing your response, click Submit Comment.

Step 8

Your comment is forwarded to the moderator for approval.

Step 9

Once approved, your comment will display below the original review and will identify that the response is from your park.
