As the other reviewer commented, this is principally a trailer park with several RV long term tenants. It is off of the beaten path, but there is not much to choose from in Birmingham. Takes about 20 mins to get into downtown. There is nothing fancy about Carson Village. There is a pool and a small playground. The RV sites are fairly level gravel pads with a large concrete patio. The sites are generally clean. They also have large parking areas for the toad, or tow vehicle. Utilities all... Read More

There is concrete storm water above ground drainage, not an issue unless you are traveling to fast. I found Carson Village to be quiet the majority of the time that we were there, almost two weeks. The office staff is fantastic!

This is not a campground. This is a community with full time people living in mobile homes. There were some long term (looked like years) travel trailers. Lots of kids running around. The site was extremely canted. My Bigfoot hydraulic jacks did not have enough travel to level the motor home. There are no facilities. It is also well off the beaten track. The hookups all worked. Besides being canted, the sire was clean.
