Convenient RV park just off I-10, southwest of Mobile. Friendly management. Tree shaded sites. Our site was a very tight right angle back-in, so suggest previewing offered site at check-in. Fishing pond. Gravel pad. Small on-site caf,. Restrooms a little rough. Johnny's also has a RV supply store down the road, with discounts given to those staying at their campground. Nice atmosphere, would return.

Almost bypassed this park because it doesn't have other reviews and doesn't link to a website, but glad we came. So enjoyable to listen to the breeze in trees, hear birds, chipmunks and walk in the woods. It appears that the majority of the folks here are permanent residents, mostly 5th wheels or travel trailers with outdoor storage of their overflow and "house plants" surrounding their lawn chairs, but they are friendly, quiet and good neighbors. The wooded spaces are large, pads are gravel... Read More

The wooded spaces are large, pads are gravel and mostly back-ins. Roads are paved, WiFi is great and so is the cable, both free. There is a resturante at the entrance, and it is only about 30 minutes to Mobile or Dauphin Island. We like this camping atmosphere more than concrete cities so its perfect for us. Stayed 5 days and would definitely return. Only negative was that the lady who seems to single-handedly manage the park leaves to run errands during posted business hours, but who can blame her.
