A young female employee with long dark hair assisted us with checking in at the front desk. She had a terrible attitude, exuded zero friendliness and was flat out rude. This person spoke in short clipped verbal tones and seemed highly inconvenienced throughout our interaction. Then she wrote our site number on a printed park map, drew a black squiggly line on the road and handed it back to me. Most RV park employees will hold the map and pleasantly say something like "you are here at the office,... Read More

Most RV park employees will hold the map and pleasantly say something like "you are here at the office, go down to the stop sign and take a left" etc. I started to ask questions about what roads to turn on and finally walked away in frustration. Attention ownership: please teach this person some basic customer service skills. Abysmal start! Things began to turn around a bit when we arrived at site #96 and noticed the beautiful view of the Colorado river. Our site was wide and spacious. The electrical post had two extra 120 volt outlets, which allowed us to use our second air conditioner. This was wonderful in 95+ degree heat! We also enjoyed the 20 cable channels. Complimentary park wifi barely worked at our site but my AT&T hotspot wifi was good. Below average restrooms and showers. Overall this was a pretty good deal at $14.00/night. We also appreciated that the site had full hookups, which is not guaranteed when booking through RPI.

We stayed at this park 4 months. I would not recommend it to anyone for any length of time. If you need to stop overnight it is fine. It is supposed to have cable but we never did get it. When we asked they said it would be fixed right away. The bathrooms and showers were terrible. There are over 500 sites and there are two restroom areas. One has three mens shower rooms and toilets. If someone is taking a shower and you need to use the toilet you can't. There are 2 womens shower rooms... Read More

The upper shower room has one handicapped shower stall and 3 shower stalls that are so small you can hardly turn around in them. At least you can use the toilets in this one if someone is taking a shower. They do have a new owner and he says he is going to have things fixed up. They are putting about 150 new sites. They were working on the new pool when we left. At Thanksgiving he said the pool would be finished in 6 weeks. I would never stay at this resort again. The people there were very friendly but I would never go back. The pictures on the site do not show the true story.

Overall pretty nice park, super windy no fault of the park but be be prepared-- it is w WINDY. My biggest gribe is there is NO WiFI or internet. Web site says WiFI, asked 3 different people in the office at different times-they all said oh yeah we got WiFI--they ALL LIED of coarse you don`t find out till you`ve paid . Then they have a no refund policy. This seems to be the trend of all the RV parks I` ve been to in Az.

I didn't rate the restrooms because we didn't use them, the same for the facilities. We stayed one night. I would rate the parking sites a 3 because they aren't level and the office is at the far end of the park full of speed bumps so dragging your tow vehicle is a pain, and then you go back over all the speed bumps back to the rented site. The internet was pretty good and the park was quite. I guess I would stay there again but I would try another park the next time.
