We enjoyed the start of our trip here. BUT! We asked to stay longer and were assured That our space was reserved for us. The desk person told us to come in to the office at 11 to finalize our stay, and instead, when we came into finalize our further reservation, we were told we had to leave as they rented our space to someone else. No apology. No compensation. We had to leave in 15 minutes with no chance to clean up, shower, dump the tanks or water up, or find a new place to stay. Just out! We... Read More

Also, beware that there are goat heads and weeds everywhere that stick in your shoes, and especially your pet’s feet! They charge $10/day per pet on top of your reservation. Such a bad ending to what we thought would be a nice vacation. ( from Montana)

Great park. Nicely located to our activities in Fort McDowell/Scottsdale area. Great Washers ! $3.00 but they take a ton of clothes. Quiet. Horrible little stickers that get in the dogs pads. Beware !!

This property is in a great location with large paved sites and full hook ups. Overall a nice, clean facility and cordial staff. The entire stay the woman's bathroom electronic access card did not work. Each time we had to access the bathroom we either had to ask the front desk person or I had to "sneak" my wife into the men's room. The showers were closed the entire time, which I understood was related to the governors orders. I have been in the hospitality for 30 years. With out question the... Read More

With out question the bathroom key issue should have been repaired or replaced the first day . It is an essential item. So in short I would say the property has a definite management problem.

Great setting next to trails and single path bike trails. Close to city life but felt like you were away from it all,

RV Park not far from Phoenix metro area. Park clean an very well maintained. Staff were very accommodating. Sites are level, roomy and well groomed. We stayed three nights and had to move once because of last minute booking. This was the only park available for our dates and we had to cut trip short by one day. We are glad we ended up here. We will defiantly be back in the future. Internet was great at one location and in and out at the other. RV Park full the entire time we were there with... Read More

Really nice place, great lots, no tires on rocks which is hard when you have big rig and tow vehicle. Great dog runs, the only issue is the wifi which is bad. They tell you later that the best spot is at the office, but that does not help you when you are in your rig and need to get on.

Beautiful RV park located just outside of Mesa, AZ in the beautiful Arizona desert. The RV spots are large and spaced apart from each other. It is easily accessible for any size rig. Our experience was perfect-starting with the wonderful staff in the office. You can tell they are proud of their resort and are very welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were pristine and the pool area was nice with lots of chairs, tables and shade. We will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a loud, party-time RV Park, this isn't it. It is a beautiful and scenic place to stay while visiting the Phoenix area. It is a very clean park with trash pick up daily and maintenance crew always on the look out for any problems. I was there for an extended stay between March and May 2015 in a back-in space overlooking the desert landscape. My small dog had fun in the dog park and there was a great walking trail at the back of the park to walk her. As a single, older... Read More

I was there for an extended stay between March and May 2015 in a back-in space overlooking the desert landscape. My small dog had fun in the dog park and there was a great walking trail at the back of the park to walk her. As a single, older lady, I felt safe and secure in the park with security doing regular patrols. I felt I could walk anywhere in the park at any time day or night. The staff couldn't have been nicer and more friendly. It really was a home away from home. I definitely will stay again when in the area.
