This park somehow looked sketchy when we first sighted it, but that feeling quickly went away. The park is immaculate, and is meticulously maintained. Roads and sites are small gravel, but sites are very level and well-spaced out. Everything looks newer here, so either fairly new or recently completely redone. Bathrooms were very nice, clean and modern as was the community center. There isn't any grass, but there are several pet areas. Staff was super friendly, and we would highly... Read More

We stayed two nights, going down to Sierra Vista and coming back. Good location, impeccably cared for sites! Desk help was great. Wayne escorted us to our site at our night arrival, so helpful. Clear skies, great viewing with binocs. about 16 miles to picture rocks. I'll stay here every time I come through.
NICE PARK but only 1000 feet from "Phoenix Bypass RTE" and we counted over 200 semi trucks in just one hour! ( The loud Peterbuilt and Kenworths type). Its nonstop except maybe a few hours around 2am. Look on the current Google Maps landscape picture you'll see a dozen right out front on the 2 mile section bypass road! It's a shame they built an RVpark in this location so close to this horrendous noise. Just the Facts here
Short stay but will be coming back.
Staying at Site 134 for two nights was perfect! Very friendly and helpfull staff, super clean, spacious Sites with own dog run, gas BBQ and Gas firepit and picknick table. We enjoyed our stay very much and for sure we'll be back another day....
We stay here every trip East or South. This year we stayed going in November and returning in December. The park is close to the freeway for easy in and out with fuel station close at off ramp. Very nice park with great amenities. Friendly staff excellent pull through site and great long stay sites. We usually stay over night. They keep the pool heated to 82 degrees. It was in the 50's on our return trip and the heated pool was a great relaxing feature after a long day of driving. The rest rooms... Read More

Wide enough for all slides. Very level. We paid for a bigger pull through and boy does it have a lot of room. In fact, it appears most of the park has good size sites. Gravel spot, paved streets. Has a picnic table. The sites are pull through with 50, 30, 20 amp FHU. Plenty of room and we didn't need to unhook. Lots of room left over. Sites are not on top of each other. This is a really big park and not crowded (on top of each other). There is a rec hall with small stage. They have some activities.... Read More

The bathroom and showers are very clean. The showers are normal size. Very clean park. It has a heated pool for the winter. Nice park and clean. They are doing a lot of improvements to this already pretty new park. It will be a really nice Winter Visitor park as the years go by. Not that it's not good now. It just needs to "catch" on. The staff is extremely friendly and they guide you to your spot. The wifi was pretty good. But our spot was relatively close to the office. Not sure if the interior was good. The cable was ok with Phoenix stations. AT&T LTE service was decent. There is a gas station just down from the park that has pretty easy in and out for RV's. Price wasn't too bad. We'd stay here again.
