We were sold a site (F110) where "free" internet and TV were part of the bargain. The cable to these services had been sliced in half. Both ends were laying by the connection. We found it impossible to find a person who was willing to help us. Isn't it fraud to collect money for a service and then not provide it? Sadly disappointed. I have no idea how many sites have this problem, but make sure you don't get this one. And don't expect to get a human being to actually speak on the phone. As... Read More

As for the rest, endless cement, gravel and metal RVs. They pack 'em in here and and the sky is the only place to rest your eyes. Our neighbors were friendly.

Above average for this area. Like most resorts in Mesa it is mostly park units with some long term RVs and coaches. We had a good pull through space and the staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, gated, and age restricted which was what we were looking for. Nice pool and hot tubs. Overall, this is a very large park with lots of hot asphalt, and dirt, but that is kinda what you should expect in this part of the country.
I couldn't believe the site they put us in after having our motorhome size parameters (42' plus toad). Had to back in like threading a needle between a tree and mailbox. We were sandwiched in between two park models, aka trailer park types. Water hookup was UNDER the rear of our coach..REALLY??!!. Got worse from there. Sewer hookup was so elevated you had to dump your contents uphill. Ever try that??? Not fun lifting hose to empty. This park was the absolute worse I've ever experienced. I let them... Read More

I let them know and they just sent a canned scripted note to give them another try. No way. Stay clear! Wished I had alternative parks to offer..if anyone knows another place, PLEASE let me know...I was in site A-161 for 5 nites. Maybe they give short term stays the dumpy sites..who knows but I won't be back to test it out..thats for sure!!! We camped at Mesa Spirit RV Resort in a Motorhome

This park is wonderful except for a few serious matters. Their policy says that they accept all breed of dogs. That is great. I liked seeing several well behaved pitbulls and rottweilers. But I was walking my dog past an RV and there was an aggressive dog on a leash with it's owner. It lunged towards me and my dog I felt if it broke it's chain it would of attacked us. One time it tried to jump through the screen door and the owner caught it before it came out after us. I talked to several... Read More

One time it tried to jump through the screen door and the owner caught it before it came out after us. I talked to several of the neighbors around the RV and they mentioned that they have complained about this dog numerous times and nothing was ever done about it. they also told me to walk on the other side of the street when walking my dog because this dog is nuts. I mentioned this to the girls in the office and they said that there have been numerous complaints about this dog and the management has been writing emails to the owner. Big deal. I and a few other dog people I saw at the dog park made the same comments about this AGGRESSIVE dog. It actually went after a little dog and the person ran into their RV before it attacked the little dog ( I was witness to this) It scares me that they allow an aggressive dog to remain on the property. The back of our RV lot smelled like dog pee. Neighbors mentioned that the person with the aggressive dog lets it pee on other peoples lots when empty. It was so bad we could not sit outside in the back of our lot. We had to sit towards the street. I mentioned it to the office. Didn't seem to matter to them. Also we received a violation regarding our poop pipe being on the ground and after looking around there were several on the ground. Not sure why we received a violation. I looked at the rules and regulations that were given to us at sign in nothing was listed in there regarding that but violation mentioned it was in the rules. Office was closed and we were leaving so did not get a chance to ask office. But rather strange we got the violation notice and no one else did around us. Other than the AGGRESSIVE dog and pee situation this park is awesome. Bathrooms clean, pool area nice and lots of activities and everyone was super nice. I would highly recommend this park just be sure before setting up your lot does not smell like dog pee. We would stay there again but will check out lot for dog pee smell before pulling our RV into the lot. Beware of aggressive dogs too.

This place is unbelievably luxurious. There are multiple pools and excellent fitness centers. Check-in was easy and the complimentary cookies were nice! A kind gentleman drove us to our full hookup site and expertly backed us into a tight spot. The free wifi worked at our RV and it was blazingly fast! We also enjoyed the purified bottled water refills for 25 cents. Fantastic laundry rooms with machines that take credit cards (yes!) and also have huge front loading washers for only $1.75 per... Lots of activities going on but we did not partake. I could not believe that my wife and I were able to stay here for 14 days free of charge with our Encore membership. We will definitely come back in the future!

Nice older park. Lots of modular homes, some are "antique" everyone keeps up their spot. Pet areas are just rock, but hey it's Arizona. Each street is a letter, but they really need better street signs. Once you're in the center of the park it's like a maze. Pools are nicely heated. One pool is for visiting families with kids. Cons: do not let the escort guys navigate you into your spot. They have NO IDEA how to direct a Class A. Have your co-pilot get out and use appropriate hand signals.... Read More

The escort guy stood by the driver window and yelled. Had no idea where hookups were etc... Overall good stay.

Nice open park with good access and friendly staff, however could use some attention in bathrooms and laundry. Restrooms has dripping showers, plugged toilets and were not too clean and these issues were brought up to the staff on several occasions with no improvement. However, it is a nice park with open areas and generally good activities and really friendly guests.
