This was a last minute late afternoon booking for us after a day of birdwatching at Whitewater Draw. Person at the front desk was super nice and closing up but left our reservation on the office door. When we arrived Willie helped us park right in the front where there are level cement pads for small rigs. We travel in a 19.5' Roadtrek SS Agile (Sprinter) and backed in all hook ups and sewer were right there. It is an older smaller park with spaces very close to each other and with long and... We travel in a 19.5' Roadtrek SS Agile (Sprinter) and backed in all hook ups and sewer were right there. It is an older smaller park with spaces very close to each other and with long and short term residents. There's also lots of trees (with birds) and the restrooms, while dated, were functional and spotless (but not heated). The park itself is clean. We wouldn't have been able to extend an awning in our space but we didn't need to as we spent all of our time in Tombstone which is literally a half a block away when you walk out the rear entrance of the park. This is the reason for the overall "4" rating and appeal-everything you came to Tombstone to see is walkable except Boothill which is north of town. We didn't notice noise at night because it was too cold--all windows were shut tight. We would stay here again.

The Ugly: Stayed September in 35' class A with toad. Somewhat level gravel site. Sites alternate direction so you WILL get to know the nocturnal habits of your neighbors. Small grass area for fur baby with rabbits and cockroaches. The Bad: Hook-ups Ok, but your neighbor may be in your septic hole if they aren't paying attention or just don't care. We spent first night without septic hook-up because the rental MH next to us was in our hole. Would advise management to label or number septic... Read More

The Good: You are located RIGHT NEXT TO THE OK CORRAL! You are literally at the end of main street Tombstone, AZ! No toad or transportation needed. Stayed two nights. Saw everything. Yes you can hear the music from Big Nose Kate's at night, you CAN hear the gunfights at the OK corral - this is why you are here.
Would stay again.

This park is right downtown and you can walk to the historic district. This is a big plus. The restrooms are serviceable as is the laundry. The park is super tight and congested. There is no room whatsoever. The place is full of full timers and their sites are full of clutter and junk. Some even had Christmas decorations still on display. The one positive is it's location. That is it.
This is a bare bones park where campers are PACKED IN. Office is friendly and bathrooms small but clean. Location is great for walking to all the Tombstone tourist attractions.
