Loved the clubhouse, sauna, and hot tubs. Bathrooms were super clean and the laundry room was good. This was a great park and we would stay here again.

what a great place - owners are wonderful, friendly, helpful couldn't ask for a better experience. AND - for pet people, if you do the train to grand canyon, which is a day trip - you can arrange for them to come walk your dog - not kennel it - they get your pet out and walk it - walked ours 3 times while we did the train ride to the canyon... they have fenced dog park for tiny dogs - but that is ok - there is so much land to walk your dog on that it is fine... And be sure to take advantage of... Read More

We arrived without a reservation, no problem. Counter staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. Restrooms were super clean. WiFi was good not great but very usable. Utilities were spot on, no problems. They are pet friendly and I believe they were in the process of putting in a dogie bath station. Just a nice homey park and yes we would and probably will stay here again. Oh by the way your will hear some train horns from time to time but that will be the same no matter where you stay... I had a great week at this RV park. I really didn't anticipate there would be so much to do in Williams. The Campground is nicely maintained, with various little repairs and grounds upkeep occurring daily. The showers are also nicely maintained as is the laundry room. The staff are friendly, with good tips on things to do. They serve freshly made waffles every morning to all who show up at 8 am and they were good! Wifi was great, but I didn't have much luck on cable stations. Sites are gravel and... Read More

This RV Park gets nothing less than 5 Stars from me! The staff is personable and efficient. They really care about the park and the visitors. And they are open 7 days a week! Extra amenities during our stay included Continental Breakfast, shuttle services to and from train, weekend dinners with live entertainment and smiling faces! We highly recommend this park to future Grand Canyon visitors.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Right next to the tracks, you could watch the trains to and from the Grand Canyon. The shuttle to the train was punctual. They hosted a first class barbecue for the patrons. We'll stay there again.

Great park, friendly and helpful staff, clean and it appears they are continuing to update and make this park something special, they now have a nice area for campers to get together and enjoy a fire or just socialize. And they are TRULY PET FRIENDLY.

How did I miss this place before? Continental breakfast! Free shuttle on call! Trains! Very impressed with the staff and the park itself. Very pet friendly! It is close to the train tracks, but everything in Williams is. They stop making noise pretty early and don't start up until mid-morning, so, no problem.Enjoyable place to stay/hangout.

We picked this place for our base to visit the Grand Canyon, and surrounding territory. Could not have been a better choice if we had researched the area. There are other campgrounds in the area but I would definitely return to this one. We have a 37' 5th wheel, and stayed five nights. The staff is knowledgeable on the local sights and diners if you want a night on the town. We were going to a local tourist steak place but the staff recommended another restaurant. The staff is knowledgeable on the local sights and diners if you want a night on the town. We were going to a local tourist steak place but the staff recommended another restaurant. So glad that they did, great meal and better cost. They have a free shuttle to the train station and return. We were there the last week of April. Had light snowfall a couple of the days. Ample room for the rig. They place campers so there is an empty space between rigs if possible, very nice, private! Their "continental breakfast" is Belgian waffles (fantastic family recipe), hardboiled eggs, various cereals, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea(big selection), milk, cream. More seating in the office would have been nice. It was too cold to sit outside while we were there. We always arrived early for breakfast so we were always seated. I can imagine going to the outside tables when warmer. The management is conscientious about repairs and improvements. There were a couple of local carpenters there while we stayed. The workers did not detract from our stay, peaceful! The bathrooms have posted times for cleaning, twice a day! They were spotless and had large cubicles with individual chairs/benches. Spacious, when compared to some bathhouses we have used.

My husband and I have been camping for over 20 years. We both agree this is the best campground ever. The staff are so friendly and accompidating, even dog sit when necessary. Daily breakfast that is delicious. Very clean baths. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

We stayed there 4 nights, and during that time, I felt like family. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. I loved the location because we were right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The sites were level, and we had no problem setting up. The bathrooms were very inviting, and I loved that they had bathmats in the showers. Also, I had to do laundry while I was there, and they did not charge an arm and leg to wash and dry the clothes. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat! Take the time... Read More

We visited Railside in July 2015 to compete in a dog show which was a 2 day event. The folks at Railside were great and provided a complimentary continental breakfast every morning-plenty of good coffee and conversation. All the facilities were clean and in good shape especially the Shower/Restrooms-there is an area with several gas grills and picnic tables for guests to use. The man who took our dog played soccer with her. She had a great time-they also brought her along when we were picked up at the depot.

This was our very first stop after buying our 40 foot 5er in Surprise Az. We are from Las Vegas and decided to go camp somewhere and picked this place. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the spaces were easy to get into. They have a very clean facility with bbq and spa. The lots are level with dirt and gravel. It is a perfect place to park if you want to see and hear the trains go buy.

I want to state up front this review is right on. I use reviews to help make decisions, and hope they are accurate. We were scheduled to stay at railside rv park for a week in July 2015. On our way out west the roof flew off our trailer. So we rented the cabin, it was perfect for my husband and I and our grandson. I can not say enough about this park, the staff was great, free breakfast daily, close to interstate. DVD honor to borrow, on holiday they threw a free cookout. If I could I would... Read More
