I happened on this park on my first rv trip in February 2016. It was fantastic. Definitely NOT a parking lot. All of the sites make you feel like you are at home. Private and clean. Neighbors are near, but not too near. We made friends the first day there. We have been back several times and met the same friends. The last time we were there, we had Christmas dinner with other campers. Everyone added something. It was great. The staff are super nice and helpful. Too bad that the cafe isn't open... Read More

Too bad that the cafe isn't open in the winter season though. I would like to have tried it. The wifi has been updated and is very good. Also, the new Boulder City bypass, I-11 is finished. No more long lines of traffic to Henderson or Vegas. Easy Peasy. Boulder City is great for propane, firewood and supplies. Also great diners. Guy Fieri should do Boulder City. New breweries too. It's a little scary coming in the first time, as it is a narrow roadway that is sometimes washed out. And it is a steep drop from highway level to the river. But most times you will see the big horn sheep. I only have one small negative, they don't sell propane on site. That's it. Enjoy!

I was looking for a place that was not just a parking lot. I found that here. Gorgeous surroundings. Super clean. Wow! This place was CLEAN. Only about 40 minutes drive from Las Vegas area. And the river was just incredible. Too cold to swim in, but incredible to look at. 5 star all the way.

My wife and I stayed at Willow Beach Marina and RV Park for two weeks. We have a 27' pull behind RV with slide out. From the moment we arrived till the day we departed, the Staff and Park Host were just fantastic. You can't say enough about the beauty and spectacular views this park has to offer. The park is well maintained and manicured. The showers, bathrooms and laundry room were well kept. There is a fire ring at each site and the park host supplies you with firewood, for a price. A fire at night makes for a relaxing evening outside watching the beauty as the sun sets. The spaces are spacious in size, with plenty of room for slide outs. The park is very pet friendly with plenty of places to walk your dogs. We didn't rent a boat or need the marina for any reason. We did walk our dogs along the Colorado River bank. They do have a store which seems to carry a lot of supplies. The only down side of this park is that it is in a valley, which doesn't have cell service. They do have WiFi, but it comes and goes. The antenna on my rig only picked up 3 channels, which also come and go. Several other rigs had satellite dishes. Boulder City is about 20 miles from the park. We would diffidently stay here again if ever in the area.

Fantastic desert park right along the Colorado River. Great utilities, concrete pads with patio, fire pits, and picnic tables. Excellent free WiFi. Only 30 minutes from Boulder City, and an hour from Las Vegas (with traffic). Can't ask for more!!
