We stayed there in February of this year, loved the place everything was clean all the people were wonderful, we'll be back again this coming January
We have stayed here for many years as annuals, but for the last 6-7 yrs. it's really gone downhill. Security hardly visiable in Oct., Nov., Dec. Hot tub hardly ever works, people smoking dope in the park, management not following their own rules, tents allowed, all dogs including vicious dogs are now allowed, no more 55 plus park with kids now allowed for more than visiting, clothes lines, noisy pets, etc. etc. Don't know how this park can hold a 5 * rating. As far as the staff, they were great... Read More

Very nice people at check-in. Escort to your site, They help you park your rv. (all back in) . If facing the golf course they put up a screen to protect the front of your rig. The 19th hole has great food at a good price. The cantina sells beer and wine. My overall experience was very good and will stay here again.
I am traveling in a big rig and we stayed at this park for two nights. I believe that this is a nice Good Sam's Park and deserves the high ratings. However- we had a poor experience and its hard to give this park high ratings because of our experience. On the morning of the second day- two construction guys showed up to rebuild the storage shed at the rear of our rig. They were loud and woke us up at 7:30am. They also turned off our water without asking us. Finally at 9:00am they knocked on... Read More

We drove to the management office and requested they look into this- and later that day the project was shut down. We did not receive an apology from the management nor did they speak to us about our complaint. I am also unhappy that this large park had no WIFI service at the sites- you needed to go to the office or laundry room to get a "hot spot". We will not be coming back here again

We loved this place! Very nice people. Clean bathrooms, Nice pool area. Nice golf course. Great breakfast at the restaurant that was open even in the summer. You can spend days there just riding your bikes, playing golf, and all the other activities. Can't wait to go back for some more R & R. Also right in town. Very convenient. All the other nicer places are in the foothills miles from Yuma. Love old town Yuma. Quaint and fun.
