I can’t say enough good about this place!! It BEAUTIFUL the couple that run this place are very understanding and so nice! The river is so relaxing, and they offer many amenities!! We lost our keys to the RV and they helped us look and even brought out their metal detector. We will definitely come back! Our RV sites are close together but it turned out it wasn’t bad at all. You can’t go wrong here ????
The park was fantastic. Starting with the manager who lead us to our spot to the conditions of the park. We could not have enjoyed it more. Thank you and we will stay again.
WOW!! Treasure Isle RV Park is a hidden gem in Hot Spring. The new management team has turned this place around!! Grounds are well maintained. Lots of shade trees. Not to mention RV Sites right on the water!! I mean, right on the water!!! They have built a new office/store and added a brand new playground. The bathrooms are spectacular and they have 3 brand new washers and dryers. The pool was spotless and crystal clear!! The staff is a joy to interact with and very knowledgeable about... Read More

We are making this the only spot to stay in Hot Springs!!!

The property is beautiful and that is about all that it has going for it. I am a traveling nurse so I am usually at a assignment for 13 weeks and when I’m off there are certain things I look for to relax to include Wi-Fi, swimming pool and peace and quiet. The website offers Wi-Fi which come to find out is not available to extended stay, it offers washer and dryers and all 3 of the washers are out of service, the swimming pool is green and there is no telling when the last time it was cleaned. I do not see how this RV Park got 4 stars. The RV sites are all uneven . The Rest Rooms had NO HOT Water. There is No Store or Pavillion / Hall. Poorly managed. We had a one night reservation ( Site C-22 ). We asked if it was possible to stay a Second Night. Yes BUT WE Would have to move to another site (E-31). The Second night Site C-22 was Not Occupied and there were 4 opened Pull Thru Sites. WIFI is only at the office. We DO NOT Recommend this RV Park...
Great location! On Hamilton Lake (w docks!) and close to Hot Springs. Well maintained and great facilities. Only reduction is do to it being just a little tight for large 5th wheels and DPs. Still navigable but could be uncomfortable for some folks.
Great value for money. Only complaint was garbage bins were way out of the way.
Staff was extra nice and friendly, the park was well maintained, the bathrooms were clean and stocked. The washers and dryers works excellent and the residents were peaceful and extra nice. We enjoyed our stay and the staff and we will definately stay here again when we are in the area.
We got there and we're met before I walked in office. Led me to site, camper was perfectly level. They let me use a cable for cable tv. Only thing I could complain about is sewer connection was up hill a little from the front of my camper. When I did dump had to lift hose to make sure it was completely cleaned out.
Management is not the problem here. Management met us upon arrival. very courteous. He directed us to our site. The site was way too small for our 31 ft mobile home and tow dolly. He then took us to another site. Although the new site fit the motorhome and dolly, It was on a very unlevel spot that had a downhill slope When we stepped out of the motorhome, we had approximately two feet before going over the edge of the hill. There was no room to place our chairs comfortably to sit outside.... Read More

There was no room to place our chairs comfortably to sit outside. We never could get totally level and had to relevel every morning. It was difficult to get the RV just right so we could open our awning. Sites were very close to each other. Close enough that some people only had 1 to 2 feet between spaces when they opened their slides. When it rains, it becomes a mud pit. Its an ok spot to stop overnight but would not recommend long term stays.

We enjoyed our stay at this RV park! The lake side sites are the best and we had a great time. The view over looking the lake was amazing. We will come back again.
Great place right on the lake. clean restrooms and showers boat ramp and really nice staff that will help in any way. We will be back in the spring or sooner.
It was a nice quite campground. The camp host were great. He even helped my husband back in our camper. Our camp host even offered to drop my husband and I off at the dam with our kayaks so we could float back to the campground. We didn't get the chance this year to take him up on the offer but maybe next year we will. W
We wish we had been staying longer here but do to unavoidable circumstances we couldn't. The road into the park is easy to navigate as are the roads in the park. Check in was fast and friendly. There are 53 sites, a mix of back-in, pull-through and pull-in. The park sits on the Ouachita River and has a boat ramp and docks and is very well maintained. We were in Site C-20, a level and long pull-through that is also nice and wide, with some shade trees. Plenty of room for our 37-foot class A, tow-dolly... Read More

Full hook-ups and 50 amp electric. No issues with the hook-ups. WiFi was good and our Verizon signal was strong. Plenty of places to walk the dog. We stayed November 4 - 5, 2017 and paid $33 per night with our Good Sam discount. You are minutes from downtown Hot Springs and all it has to offer.

My husband and I just bought our first camper and were so excited about getting to go camping for the first time together. My husband and I just bought our first camper and were so excited about getting to go camping for the first time together. We looked at different campgrounds and finally decided to go to Treasure Isle. Never having done this before we didn't know what to expect we were just excited. We first got there and the office was closed and it was only about 3:30 on a Friday. But they had left a packet for us on a bulletin board with our name on it that had our reservation information. We found our site and were thoroughly underwhelmed. The pull thru site was on a terrible incline which made it very hard to get our camper level. Our site included full hook up and a picnic table. However there was a large tree so we were not able to use the picnic table comfortably and there were also flies everywhere. My husband and I had brought our lawn chairs and grill so we could sit outside and grill while relaxing in our lawn chairs but we couldn't stand to be outside for more than 5 minutes because there were hundreds of flies. And of course they eventually made their way into our camper. Our first day was mainly spent killing flies and trying to get our camper level. We had also brought our dogs because my husband saw that they had a dog park, however that was not true. We were also told that you could swim in the lake, but it did not mention that boats are constantly passing thru that area so it was like swimming in a wave pool. They also mentioned fishing but the same problem arose with fishing as with swimming. At night people would bring their boats in off the lake and crowd the campground with them. My husband and I were barely able to get out of the park because some people would have 2 or 3 boats pulled up in front of their site. When we went to check out at 11:00 the office was again closed. We assumed they would just charge the rest of the amount on our card and we left, however I got a call the next day about an outstanding balance. I will say that the bath house and laundry was very clean and nice. And the grounds keeper I guess, it was the only man we dealt with who worked there was very friendly and very helpful he was just hard to find and if you needed something you were out of luck because the office was closed. Overall, if you intend to spend your days on the lake in the boat this park is good for you. If you are looking to get away and stay comfortably for a few days in nature with your pups my advice is to look elsewhere.

We reserved our site for one night and was so Thankful that it was only one! Before arriving, we were informed that our site was changed to a different site. When we arrived it was probably the worst one! This site was very uneven with pot holes. We did not have a table. The cable did not work. We will never stay at Treasure Isle again! I cannot believe this is a Good Sam Park!
