To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In & Check Out - RV Check-In: 2:00 pm - RV Check-Out: 12:00 pm Guest Suites - Check-In: 4:00 pm - Check-Out: 10:00 am - At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Occupancy & Site - Site price is based on 1 RV, 1 vehicle, 2 adults & 2 children. - Extra Adult fee is $5. - Extra Child fee is $3 for kids 12 years and older. - Extra Vehicle is $15 due to limited parking. Quiet Hours - Established quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - Please respect your neighbors by not walking across other campers’ sites. Damages Policy - We have the right to bill you for any damages you may have caused to the site such as broken sewer caps, electrical pedestal damage, water connection damage, etc, Auto Collect - A 50 percent deposit is collected at the time of booking. - Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase. Campground Policy - The site must be clean and neat at all times and no debris or garbage is to be left out. - The sites are not to be used at any time for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for any purpose other than as a private stay. - NO SOLICITATION OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED AT THE PARK. - Restrooms, laundry room, and clubhouse are provided as a courtesy and we ask that you help us maintain our high standards of cleanliness. - Must leave the Rec Room clean and free of all debris. - Chairs and tables are to remain inside the building at all times. - No food or drinks are to be left inside when you leave. - No movies or games are to be removed from the building. Smoking Policy - No smoking/vaping is allowed inside the building. Rates Policy - Daily & Weekly rates are subject to change. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children aged 3 and under stay free. - No children under the age of 18 without an adult permitted in and by bay and beach access. Vehicles Policy - We reserve the right to refuse admission of RVs that do not meet our standards. - No parking on the street. - All vehicles accompanied by an RV must be parked within the site that is reserved for your group. - Only appropriate RV decor and furniture are to be at your site. - Management shall have the authority to remove from the RV park area anyone in violation of the above Rules & Regulations, as well as anyone undergoing criminal activities including but not limited to disorderly conduct or use of illegal drugs. Pet Policy - Pet fee is $5 - Pets must be leashed at all times. - No kennels, pens, or cages allowed at any time. - Dogs must use our designated areas to relieve themselves so we can keep our laws clean and beautiful. - Visitors may not bring pets into the park. - At no time may pets be left unattended outside of the RV, in vehicles, or within a pet enclosure. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings. - All pets must be fully vaccinated, including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. - All vaccines must be kept current while in the park. - Owners are strictly liable for injuries caused by their pet(s). - Please be advised that the park will assess a $50.00 fine per pet, per violation for breach of any of the pet rules and policies which includes but is not limited to cleaning up pet excrement. Trash Policy - All garbage and trash must be bagged in plastic and must be placed inside dumpsters. Disclaimer - By signing the below, for payments made by credit card, guest(s) agrees to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer agreement and authorize any previously charged amounts. - By signing below, guest(s) agrees to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates for any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur from the use or occupation of the property. Use of property amenities and facilities are used solely at the discretion and risk of the guest(s) and the property is not liable for misuse of amenities resulting in any damage or injury. - By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that they have read and agree to adhere to the property rules and regulations. Guest(s) understand that rules and regulations apply to all members or visitors of their party, and not adhering to the rules and regulations may result in the party being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Leisure Resort is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. - By signing the below, guest(s) acknowledges that no refunds will be given for early departures or acts of nature. - By signing the below, guest(s) agree to pay for all damages or additional cleaning fees.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
