To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3:00 PM Begins Check-In for all Missouri lodging reservations, on the day of your scheduled date of arrival; so that our floaters can get on the water efficiently, and we can have the site prepared for you. - If you go to the unit or check in early, additional fees may be charged—if the unit is even available. - Check-Out:11:00 AM or Earlier is Check-Out on the date of your departure. - If you wish to stay additional nights, based on availability, please visit the - Advance payment in full is required to confirm ALL reservations. - Until paid in their entirety, all Missouri camping reservations are tentative, and subject to management cancellation, making the services available for other guest use. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Meramec Mercantile office to pay for the site. - Rainchecks will NOT be offered for lodging reservations on the Meramec River at Ozark Outdoors. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours—11:00 pm – 7:00 am. (please note the Do Drift Inn, Country Cabins 1-6, & Deluxe Kozy Kabins 1-13 are located near the late-night area where the quiet hours are 1:00 – 7:00 am). Pets Policy - Pets are allowed for a fee; all pets must be kept on a leash and kept under control at all times while on Ozark Outdoors Resort property. - We allow pets in the Do Drift Inn, Rivers End Motel, Country Cabins, Deluxe Kozy Kabins 1-13, and Meramec Valley Chalet. - More than ever, we are adopting a pet-friendly policy at Ozark Outdoors Resort. But don’t leave home without some very important items: - ALL pets should be on a leash while on the property. - Clean up after your pet, pet poo cleanup supplies are available in the Meramec Mercantile. - A kennel, or other comfortable place to house your pet. (Tying them to a tree is not an option). - Do not leave pets unattended!!! - A food and water bowl. We take pet care very seriously at Ozark Outdoors Resort. - Please make sure your pets have the basic necessities for life. - A doggie life-jacket. We offer a limited supply for sale at our Meramec Mercantile. - Clipped nails for their ride down the river. We do allow dogs in our boats but ask that you make sure their nails are smooth. - Any damages will be your financial responsibility. (NEVER tie your pet to watercraft). - Good training. - Please respect others and make sure your pet is properly trained to prevent them from being a nuisance. - Under NO circumstances are pets to be left unattended. - Management reserves the right to remove pets and their owners for inappropriate behaviors, especially if they disturb or endanger other guests. - Housebroken pets are allowed in the Do Drift Inn, Rivers End Motel, Country Cabins, Deluxe Kozy Kabins 1-13, and Meramec Valley Chalet. - Pets are NOT allowed in Deluxe Kozy Kabins 21-28, Grande Suite, and Cedar Ridge Chalet. - Costs of damages will be charged to the reservation owner in addition to basic pet reservation fees if necessary. $50.00 per pet in cabins & motels, and chalets. Children Policy - Parents and guardians are responsible for minor children. Vehicle - ATV’s, DIRT BIKES, 4-WHEELERS, SIDE-BY-SIDES, ETC ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. - Golf Carts are allowed with a permit. - Please inquire at the Meramec Mercantile for permit purchase. Weapon Policy - Under NO circumstances are firearms allowed. Equipment Policy - Under NO circumstances are generators allowed. - Campfires are contained in fire rings only. - Bed and bath linens are provided in all lodging units. Kitchenware is not provided in Cabins or Motels. (you must provide your own pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, etc) Nature Policy - Cutting, marring, or other damage to Ozark Outdoors trees will result in fines equaling $150.00 per diameter inch. Fire Policy - Fireworks in designated areas only. Damage Policy - Damages to any Ozark Outdoors Resort property are subject to financial penalty, to be determined by management, and/or followed with prosecution to the full extent of the law. - Management reserves the right to make site/unit changes or to ask unruly guests to leave. - Ozark Outdoors Resort cannot be responsible for guest property loss or damages, natural or unnatural while on our grounds. Speed Limit - 10 MPH Resort speed limit. Driving Policy - No driving under the influence. Disclaimer - After-hours report problems to OOR security. - In cooperation with the Missouri Department of Conservation, Ozark Outdoors asks you to Burn it Where you Buy it. - Please do not transport firewood into or out of our resort in order to stop the traffic of pestilence and disease. - Management reserves the right to make reservation changes and/or to ask unruly guests to leave. - Be sure to check out all of our policies before making reservations - Management reserves the right to make site changes or to ask unruly guests to leave. - Please be sure to read ALL Floating Policies before confirming. - If you plan to lodge at Ozark Outdoors please be sure to read ALL Lodging Policies before confirming. - If you plan to camp at Ozark Outdoors please be sure to read ALL Camping Policies before confirming. - Only numbered campsites & lodging units will be guaranteed a fire ring & picnic table.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
