To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-in Procedure - All guests must register in the office upon arrival. - All visitors or guests must register in the office and pay any applicable visitor fees upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Rates Policy - Reservation rates include a specified number of adults, children, pets, and vehicles. - Additional fees apply for extra adults, children, pets, and vehicles. Refunds Policy - Refunds are not given for early departure. Site Policy - Specific site numbers are not guaranteed and are subject to change. - Please observe all property rules. - We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of the rules without a refund. Pet Policy - Pets are welcome – 2 pet maximum. - Additional pets require prior approval. - No aggressive dogs are allowed in the park. - Pets must be on a leash (not greater than 6 ft long) at all times and never left unattended. - Owners must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste in a bag in the dumpster or pet waste receptacle. - With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in any buildings. - Pets will not be allowed to disturb the peace of neighbors by doing any of the following, but not limited to, barking, growling, biting, or any other unusual noises or damage. - Excessive barking of an unattended pet within the RV, will result in you being asked to leave before your scheduled departure without a refund. - Pet owners are responsible for their pets including injury, destruction, and annoyance to other guests. - RV Park shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind caused by or to a guest’s pet. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
