To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: noon - Flexible - Check-Out: Single-day Rentals – 10:00 am or Multi-day Rentals 11:00 am - We offer self-check-in only, please confirm your site on your reservation and proceed directly to that site when you arrive. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment Policy - Payment is due in advance for all lengths of stay up to one month at a time. - Any additional codes deemed necessary and added by LCC management will be presented and posted for the RV owner's compliance within the following 30-day period after the new code is introduced. - A deposit of 50% of the reserved-rental-period total fee is required to confirm your reservation and the reservation deposit must be received by RV Park management no later than 7 days before the 1st day of the reservation period. - It is the burden of the renter to pay rent when due (i.e. on the first day of stay, to extend the rental period, etc.). - If the rental payment due date occurs during the weekend, payment is due on the Friday prior. - The Renter agrees that his RV Park utilities will be turned off at noon following the last day of his paid contract period and that with the subsequent lapse of 3-additional unpaid days, his vehicle(s) will be towed and impounded off-site at the Renter’s sole expense. - To avoid utilities being turned off, or subsequent vehicle towing/impounding, an extension to the expiring (expired) rental contract must be executed by the Renter along with full payment thereof. - Rental Periods not to exceed one month per contract period but additional contract periods can be signed. New Wi-Fi available at the LCC RV Park - We have installed a new Wi-Fi system at the RV park that will be available to renters inside the park. - Please do not share with guests that could return and use bandwidth meant for those staying in the park. Things you need to know - The closer to the bathhouse the better speeds, the units 27-32 will receive the slowest speeds. - Also make sure you are by a window or door and not behind a metal wall when trying to connect that will slow down the speeds as well. - This system is made for individuals to check email, upload documents, and surf the internet and social media. This is not a streaming system nor should it be used as such. - We have installed a monitoring system that will notify management of streaming and content not reflected in our policy. - The Wi-Fi is not to be used for pornographic material of any nature. - Please remember when using the system to not stay logged in when not using the service as it takes away speeds from the park system Window Units Policy - No heating and cooling window Units allowed Repair Policy - No busted/tarped/taped or other none standard repairs to exterior windows - No Tarps on the Roof or walls. - No major cosmetic/structural changes to the exterior unit; including needed repairs to the unit. Vehicle Policy - No Storage outside the drip line of RV/Camper unless in an enclosed commercially produced storage box. - No storage or parking of trailers or vehicles in other RV slots or grass. - No storage of open-top/utility trailers that are loaded with material in your area. - No removal of wheels or axles or other RV exterior/structural parts. Pet Policy - No pets outside the unit without being on a leash held by an individual. Liability - The Renter agrees to save and hold Lincoln Civic Center RV Park harmless from any loss or damages sustained to the renter, his family, friends, invitees, or acquaintances while on, or associated with the RV premises. - The Renter further agrees that Lincoln Civic Center, nor Lincoln Civic Center RV Park’s management will be liable for any defects of RV Sites, interruption of utility services, loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. - All Deposits are non-refundable. - Notwithstanding, if the Renter has pre-paid in full and subsequently cancels 14 days prior to the 1st day of the rental period, the Renter, upon application, will be entitled to a 50% refund. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
