To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Our RV Park is family-friendly. Please keep alcoholic beverage consumption to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Illegal drugs are absolutely not allowed. - Quiet time is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Check-in time is after 3 PM and RV Check-out time is 11 AM and Cabin Check-out time is 10 AM. Please contact us if another arrangement needs to be made and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra charges may apply. - The Speed Limit in the park is 5 MPH. - Help us keep our place nice for all our guests by picking up your trash (including cigarette butts) and keeping your site appropriately clean. We have a dumpster available for your convenience. - Wood & charcoal campfires are allowed in the designated fire pits only. Please don't move fire rings. Firewood may be purchased at the office. Absolutely NO collecting firewood from the property is allowed. Propane fire pits are allowed in sites where wood fires are prohibited (#11-#14, #24-#27, #53-#54). - No washing of vehicles or ATVs is allowed at EC&RV. If you are interested in a car wash, there is one in the center of town. - Please keep the roads free and clear and park only in your designated space. Vehicle Repair work is not allowed without first being cleared with the owner. - We have done our best to make the Escalante Cabins & RV Park a safe and enjoyable place to stay and visit. Of course, there are things that are out of our control and we expect that if you choose to stay at our RV park, you will take responsibility for your own safety and the care of your rig. ​- You are liable for the actions of your pets, children, and guests, and are financially responsible for any damage done to park facilities. Pet Policies: - Your furry friends are welcome here in the RV & Tent areas. To allow as many furry visitors as appropriate, please keep your pets on a leash unless within the leash-free area. Please register each pet upon arrival and please clean up after your pet. Unregistered pets may be fined $50.00 per pet. - No aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior from any breed of animal will be accepted. (As one guest said, "No barkers orbiters, No nippers or yippers.") Any animal that is creating an unwelcoming environment in our park will be asked to leave with its owners, with no refunds available. Ultimately, it is each pet owner's responsibility to manage their pet and their pet's safety. Thank you for your understanding. - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CABINS & VACATION HOUSES. A $275 cleaning fee will be assessed if pet(s) are found in the rentals. No exceptions! - We cannot always guarantee individual sites. We will try our best to accommodate our guests, but we do reserve the right to change sites at any time without notice. ​Cabin and Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy: - If you booked through Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com, or their affiliates, you will need to cancel through them. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and you must cancel 7 days prior to arrival (counting from 12:00 noon on the arrival day). - If you booked via phone or through our website you MUST cancel in writing by emailing us at [email protected]. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your cancellation, please call us! 435-826-4433. - Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. - If you cancel 7 days prior to your arrival (counting from 12:00 noon on the arrival day), no additional funds will be collected. - If you cancel within the 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for the full amount outstanding on the reservation. - All Cabin & Vacation Rental charges will be collected in full 6 days prior to arrival. RV & Tent Site Cancellation Policy - You MUST cancel in writing by emailing us at [email protected]. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your cancellation, please call us! 435-826-4433. - Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival (counting from 12:00 noon on the arrival day), no additional funds will be collected. In the instance the cancellation must apply to a group reservation, this policy applies to each RV, Tent, or Cabin site individually. Group Reservation Policies – You MUST cancel in writing by emailing us at [email protected]. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your cancellation, please call us! 435-826-4433. - There is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit collected for each RV, Tent & Cabin site reserved. - The above policies apply to each site if cancellations need to be made. Cabins must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival, counting from noon on the arrival day to avoid additional financial obligations. Weekly RV Stays – Please call us! The rate is 7 nights for the price of 6. The first 6 nights are regular price, the 7th night is free. - If the reservation is canceled within 2 days of arrival, the first night's payment will be charged and is due in full. Monthly Stays – Please call us! The rate is 30 nights for the price of 20. The first 20 nights are regularly priced. - The remaining nights are free until 30 nights are reached. Then the process starts over again. - We collect a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit upon booking. - If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival, the deposit becomes the cancellation fee. - If you cancel within 2 days of arrival, please refer to the standard RV cancellation policy above. - If your stay is longer than 30 days it is exempt from sales and uses tax and transient room tax.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
