To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
RESERVATION POLICIES AGE REQUIREMENT: - Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. RATES + PAYMENTS: - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. DAMAGES + FEES: - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. THE FINE PRINT: - By placing a reservation, you agree to read and abide by all resort policies as they are presented herein and upon arrival to the resort. - There is a $5.00 online booking fee per reservation. - Site-specific reservations are available by accepting the Site Lock fee. If the Site Lock fee is not selected, the site or unit will be assigned automatically and is subject to change at any time prior to arrival. RATES & PARKING: - Rates are subject to change without notice. - All RV rates include two (2) people per site and one (1) passenger vehicle. Each additional person age 6 and older is subject to an additional fee of $5 per person, per day. - Each additional passenger vehicle is subject to an additional fee of $5 per passenger vehicle, per day and based on space available for both RV and Cabin/Airstream Rentals - Please contact the resort by emailing [email protected] at the time of reservation if you would like to bring a boat or other large vehicle. - Large vehicles are only accepted on a space-available basis and if they cannot fit within the gravel confines of the site, will be placed in an overflow parking area subject to an additional fee of $10 per large vehicle, per day. Maximum of six (6) people per site. RESORT INFORMATION ARRIVAL: - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining the resort policies. Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. - If you would like to request a contactless check-in, please contact us in advance. ARRIVING EARLY: - Check-in for Luxe RV sites is 1 pm. Check-in for Cabins & Airstreams is 4 pm. - Enjoy all the resort has to offer while we put the finishing touches on your Cabin, Airstream, or Luxe RV site. Check-in at the front desk for a map and other access information. - Explore Coos Bay and the surrounding area and get to know the shops, galleries, bookstores, museums, state parks, and great eateries and coffee houses nearby. ARRIVING LATE: - Reach out to us in advance via text and we will pass along all the information you need to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in. LATE CHECK OUT: - Check-out time is 11 am. - A late check-out may be available by request. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance. - There is a $10 per hour fee up until 1 pm. Guests who remain after 1 pm. will be charged an additional night’s stay. EARLY DEPARTURES: - We do not provide refunds or credits for any early departures SITES: - Standalone units such as tents, pop-up canopies, or umbrellas are not permitted at any site within the resort, day or evening. - Please respect your fellow neighbor by not walking through or peering into any site or accommodation QUIET HOURS: - 11 pm – 7 am PARKING +VEHICLES: - Every reservation includes 1 passenger vehicle. Additional passenger vehicles are $5, per night. - Parking is allowed at your site providing the space can adequately fit your vehicles(s) within the confines of the gravel - All vehicles must be in good operating condition. Vehicle and RV Repair is not permitted at the resort. - Oversized vehicles such as boats and trailers are an additional fee of $10 per night and accepted only on a space-available basis. Please coordinate in advance. SPEED LIMIT: - Easy does it. 5 mph at all times while in the resort. VISITORS: - Visitors are welcome! Please have your guest register with the main office. - There is a $5 fee per person per day to be paid at the time of arrival. A temporary car pass will be provided. - Visitors are expected to read and adhere to all resort policies, and vacant the premises by 11 p.m. MINORS: - Please be mindful of the safety and whereabouts of your children at all times. - Please note that children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult while at our resort. Sorry, the Fitness Center is for adults 18 and over. FIRE + FIREWORKS + FIREARMS: - Firewood is available for sale and can be delivered directly to your site. Please do not bring outside firewood into the resort. - No fireworks or firearms are permitted on resort property. SMOKING + VAPING: - No smoking/vaping inside any resort building or outdoors within 10 feet of any resort door or window including cabins + airstreams. WELCOME BOOKLET: - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all of the resort policies. Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. PETS: - RV – Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed per RV site. - Accommodations – Maximum of (2) well-behaved dogs allowed per unit. - We do not allow dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. Pet rules must be followed and applied to all pet types. TRAVELING WITH A PET: - Your furry family members are always welcome at Bay Point Landing! Please note the following policies as they apply to your reservation to ensure the best stay for you, Fido, and your friends. - Well-behaved pets are welcome. Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not permitted. - Pets may not be left unattended at any time. Pet fencing, crates, kennels, or enclosed structures are not permitted. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. There are multiple dog stations throughout the resort. - Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times while within the resort. Pets may be off-leash on the beach and in the water providing they respond quickly to voice command and are under the control of their owner at all times. - Pets are prohibited in resort buildings, with the exception of the General Store. Service Animals are permitted in all locations as deemed essential. - The resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for, any injury or damage caused by pets. - In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. PET-FRIENDLY CABINS + AIRSTREAMS: - All of our accommodations are pet-friendly! - Maximum of (2) well-behaved pets is allowed in accommodations or an additional fee of $25 per reservation. - Add your pet to your reservation by selecting the ‘Traveling with a Pet’ Stay Enhancement. This will ensure that your accommodation is equipped with our complimentary “Pet Pack” for use while here complete with bowls, leash, protective sheets, towels for drying, and doggie bags. PET-FRIENDLY LUXE RV SITES: - A maximum of three (3) well-behaved dogs are allowed in RV sites. - No crates, fences, kennels, or enclosed structures are permitted. LUXE RV SITE GUIDELINES SITES DETAILS: - All sites are FHU and include 30/50 AMP, Water, Septic, and cable hookup. - Sites are allocated and managed by the Front Desk staff. If you have a site preference, we may be able to assist you with securing that location (fee-based). - We do not allow any standalone units such as tents, pop-up canopies, and umbrellas at any site within the resort. - Camping vessels may not park opposite hookups. In turn, this means no ‘buddy sites’, or laying of cable or hoses underneath your camping vessel. - We do not allow tent or car camping. OCCUPANCY: - All RV rates include two (2) people per site and one (1) passenger vehicle with a maximum of 6 guests per RV site. - Each additional person age 6 and older are subject to an additional fee of $5 per person, per day. RV REGULATIONS: - RV’s must be 10 years or newer, in good condition and RVIA certified. Each vessel is subject to management approval. Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. - We do not allow towable pop-up tent trailers. - We do allow truck bed campers, but they must remain installed in the vehicle. - We do not allow truck bed tents, tents, or car camping. - No more than one camping vessel is allowed per site. LUXE RV CHECK-IN: 1 PM - An early check-in may be available on the day of arrival. Please contact the resort in advance. - If you arrive earlier in the afternoon, you are welcome to enjoy all of the fine features and amenities the resort has to offer as we prepare your space. LUXE RV CHECK OUT: 11 AM - A late check-out may be available by request and is determined on the day of departure, based on availability. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance. - There is a $10 per hour fee for late check out until 1 pm. HAPPY CAMPER POLICY: - Please keep your site tidy and litter-free. Leaving unprotected trash outside is unmanageable in windy weather and attracts wildlife. - Please be mindful of your fellow camper and do not walk through another camper’s site. - If you move a picnic table, please return it to its original location. GUESTS: - Visitors are welcome! Please have your guest register with the main office. There is a $5 fee per person per day to be paid at the time of arrival. A temporary car pass will be provided. CABIN + AIRSTREAM GUIDELINES CHECK-IN: 4 PM - Thank you for waiting until 4 pm to check-in. - Our cabins and airstreams are unique and unlike traditional hotel accommodations and we want to take the time needed to ensure that they are just right for your stay. - If you happen to arrive earlier in the afternoon, you are welcome to enjoy all the other fine features and amenities the resort has to offer, and we let you know as soon as your unit is available. LATE ARRIVAL: - Please reach out in advance (text is best) and we pass along all the information you need to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in. CHECK OUT: 11 AM - A late check-out MAY be available by request and is determined on the day of departure, based on availability. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance. - There is a $ 10-hour fee for late check-out until 1 pm. DAMAGES + FEES: - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file be charged accordingly. MINIMUM + MAXIMUM STAY: - We have a 2-night minimum on most weekends. Please reach out to the Front Desk to inquire about other availability and a shorter duration of stay. - The maximum length of stay in any one unit is 2 weeks. Please ask to move to another unit if you would like to stay longer. - We could promote that we offer great weekly rates in the off-season (Danica) WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED: - In addition to cozy Pendleton blankets to keep you warm as you sit fireside and take in the stunning bay views, each one of our accommodations comes fully equipped with bedding, towels, toiletries (Beekman), cookware, dining ware, Sisters & Stash Tea, 2 complimentary bundles of firewood and a small flashlight. - Visit ‘Ways to Stay’ for more detailed information. WHAT TO BRING: - Weather on the coast can be unpredictable (and windy!). Think layers, and protective rain gear if visiting outside of the summer months. - Perhaps list a few more fun things like bikes, hiking boots, workout clothes for our fitness center, a bathing suit for our pool, a sense of adventure and a mindset to relax, etc. (Danica) - This may not live here but if they are staying in a Kamp Haus (or are going to be displaced because they are moving from one unit to another) then a cooler to keep their items in. (Danica – thoughts? The KH fridge is really small) -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
