Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
GOOD CAMPING PRACTICES (Park Rules) - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - ALL guests/customers/visitors must check-in at the office on arrival and pay the appropriate fees. Guests who do not check-in will be asked to leave. Fees for guests of guests: $5.00 per day, $25 per week, $75 per month (1-month maximum) - SITE REQUEST: We are happy to take requests for sites and do our best to honor them, but at no time are site requests guaranteed. Please do not change the assigned site without office approval. - CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-out time is 12:00 pm & Check-in time is 1:00 pm (exceptions permitted with mgmt. approval). NO MATS/RUGS/TARPS OR OTHER COVERINGS ALLOWED ON THE GRASS. NO ENCLOSED TENTS IN RV SITES. - POOL HOURS: 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PLEASE ADHERE TO POSTED POOL RULES. - PET POLICY: Dog owners are required to keep dogs on leashes and immediately pick up after them at all times and in all areas of the park. Aggressive dogs are not allowed in the park. There is a dog play area by the front of the park. At no time are pets allowed in the pool or playground areas or in any of the park buildings including the office, bath-house, gym, or clubhouse. - QUIET TIME: 10:00pm – 08:00am. Unnecessary noise, drunkenness, or disorderly conduct will NOT be allowed and may result in immediate eviction from the park. Any rights granted to registered guests in our RV Park are through a revocable license which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease. - DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUT (except at the posted pickup time): Please use the dumpsters located in the park for your trash. - NO CLOTHESLINES or hanging of clothes or towels from your RV or other structures on your site. - NO OPEN GROUND FIRES, DISCHARGING OF FIREARMS, OR FIREWORKS: Fires are only permitted in designated areas and in park-approved fire pits (available at the office/store). - PLEASE KEEP YOUR RV AND YOUR SITE NEAT AND TIDY: Sewer lines must be attached to ‘clean-out’ ports with a threaded plug that completely seals to the hose and clean-out port. All hoses (sewer or freshwater) must be in serviceable condition (free of any leakage) and be neatly stowed near the vehicle. RVs must be kept clean and free of black oxidation or mildew. No exposed A/C roof units without covers. Roof vents, antennas, and ladders must be in good repair and serviceable. Only outdoor furniture is permitted to be kept outdoors on your site. IMPORTANT: WATER HYDRANTS MUST BE KEPT AT FULLY ON OR FULLY OFF; it is NOT permitted to adjust pressure by placing hydrant handle anywhere in between fully on or fully off. - PARENTS MUST BE ACTIVELY IN CHARGE OF THEIR CHILDREN AND PETS AT ALL TIMES: Children (under the age of 16 are not allowed near the pool area, playground, gym, or clubhouse without adult supervision). - MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for injury of a person, pets, or loss or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, accident, or acts of God. No skateboards, roller-blades, bikes, or running allowed on handicap ramps, decks, or in the pool deck area. Swim rules are clearly posted and there is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. - POLICIES, RATES, AND HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE - MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT to refuse or discontinue service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including the type and/or condition of the camping unit and the number of people per site. - DRUG USE OR DRUG ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED ON ANY PART OF PARK PROPERTY! ANYONE SUSPECTED, CAUGHT, OR FOUND WITH ANY DRUGS OR DRUG PARAPHERNALIA WITHIN THE PARK WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY AND WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THE PARK! THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! - ALL VEHICLES will be kept in the parking areas of the individual sites or in designated parking areas for park buildings. There will be no parking on the grass throughout the park at any time. Do not park in the roadways. Only adults are allowed to drive motorized vehicles of any kind (including golf carts, 4-wheelers, side by sides, motorcycles, or scooters). - SMOKING is not permitted in any building or public areas of the park including the pool and playground area. Cigar smoking is not allowed anywhere in the park except on the inside of your own camping vehicle. ARRIVAL TIMES: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. AUTO-COLLECT A 0 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase. Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase. CHILDREN & PETS Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. CREDIT CARD SECURITY Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
