To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

General Rules: While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. *Midtown Mountain Campground & RV Park (MMCRV), LLC is privately owned. All guests that enter property accept privileges with the understanding that he or she does hereby release Midtown Mountain Campground & RV Park, LLC, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its facilities, and agrees to indemnify the release Midtown Mountain Campground & RV Park, LLC, its officers, and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its facilities. *Ruidoso, New Mexico (Altitude of 6,926 feet): Freezing temperatures are common in any season. DURING FREEZING WEATHER YOU MUST UNHOOK FROM WATER SOURCES. Please use caution as all surfaces could be icy. You are responsible for preventing our faucets from freezing by disconnecting your water hose each night when freezing temperatures occur. Failure to disconnect will be subject to reimbursement for any damages which may occur. MMCRV is "OPEN YEAR ROUND". Pavilion, Fitness, Sauna and Laundry Rooms and Visitor HOURS: 9 AM - 9 PM Bathrooms/Private Showers: Open 24 Hours 98 River Park: Open Dawn to Dusk Gift Shop/Office/Phone Hours: 9 AM—9 PM Deposit: 1st night rental on daily, $50 on weekly, and $100 on monthly. Credit Card required. MMCRV Cancellation Policy: *Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM two (2) days prior to your scheduled WEEKDAY (non-holiday) arrival date. With proper cancellation notice, a $10.00 processing fee per site reservation will be withheld from refund payments for all full or partial cancellations. Without proper cancellation notice, a fee equivalent to one (1) night’s rental will be withheld from refund payments. *Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM four (4) days prior to your scheduled WEEKEND or HOLIDAY arrival date. With proper cancellation notice, a $10.00 processing fee per site reservation will be withheld from refund payments for all full or partial cancellations. Without proper cancellation notice, a fee equivalent to one (1) night’s weekend rental will be withheld from refund payments. *Cancellation notice must be given by 11:00 AM one week prior (7 days) to your scheduled WEEKLY/MONTHLY arrival date. For weekly/monthly reservations, with a proper cancellation notice, a $25.00 processing fee per site reservation will be withheld from refund payments for all full or partial cancellations. For weekly, without proper cancellation notice, a fee equivalent to three (3) nights’ full-price rental will be charged. For monthly, without proper cancellation notice, a fee equivalent to the current weekly rate will be charged. MMCRV No Show/Same Day Cancel/Early Depart Policies: *Single Night: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled reservation date your payment will be forfeited. *Multiple Night: If you fail to arrive on your scheduled reservation we will release the remainder of your reservation and charge two (2) nights rental. *For Weekly No Show: a fee equivalent of four (4) nights’ full price rental will be charged and the reservation will be released. *For Monthly No Show: a fee equivalent to the current weekly rate plus your deposit will be charged and the reservation will be released. *Daily/Weekly/Monthly stays with early departures are not eligible for a refund. No open fires are permitted in the park or within the Village of Ruidoso city limits. Check-in time: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM MMCRV 11:00 AM Checkout/Extension Policy: *MMCRV will allow 5:00 PM check-out at 1/2 price fee if there is no reservation at the current site. MMCRV management must approve 1/2 day rates prior to 11:00 AM checkout. *Site extension requests are WELCOME, but requests for specific sites are not guaranteed. ***Without prior approval; a full daily rate will be charged for late checkouts if the site is available. ***Unscheduled/No Notice extensions (when the site is reserved by future guests) are subject to tow fees, scheduling fees, and all additional costs allocated in making the site available. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Strictly enforced. MMCRV Pet Policies: *We strive to be a pet-friendly park. *MMCRV has a small pet park/relief area —"Mojo's Little Dog Park". *Please remember to clean up after your pet. *Pets shall always be leashed and are welcome to walk the interior roads and trails of the entire park. *Please use your best effort possible to lead pets to the pet relief area for elimination. We all realize accidents happen. However, please do not intentionally use other parts of the park for elimination. *Pets should be kept under the direct supervision and never left outside unattended. ***Even minor barkers should never be left in RVs unattended. *You will be asked to leave the park without a refund if your pet bothers other campers. *Only official service animals are allowed in Restrooms, Laundry, Sauna & Fitness Room. Please respect your neighbor by not walking across other campers’ sites. MMCRV Site Policies: *Each site may be occupied by one RV (defined as a motorhome, 5th wheel, travel trailer, pop-up trailer, cab-over truck camper, camper van, conversion vehicle, or car camper), two people, one tent, one pet, and one vehicle. *Extra charge for additional guests, pets, and vehicles. See site specifics for maximum occupancy. MMCRV Visitors/Non-overnight Guests: MMCRV welcomes friends and family to visit. We respectfully request that extra vehicles park in your designated site or at Gift Shop (please do NOT park on other sites or in the roadway). Visitors must follow all MMCRV Park rules. VISITATION HOURS ARE FROM 9 AM - 9 PM. Tent Site #12 Policy: *Included in base rent; Two guests, one pet, and one vehicle. *Extra charge for additional guests, pets, and vehicles. *Tent site has a four (4) person (any age) limit. Teepee "Glamping" Policy: Sorry - no pets, no inside smoking. Provided: Two (2) twin beds, pillows with sheets and a light blanket, one lamp, one space heater, one fan, two sets of towels/washcloths, charcoal grill, outside table, two chairs, and parking for one vehicle. Two guests are maximum. Restrooms, showers, and water are available in the general area. Needed: SLEEPING BAG in cold weather and personal items. "Nomad" Sites: #10 & #11. COMING SOON. MMCRV General Policies: *This is a wildlife country. Help keep the park safe by storing all food inside. *Do not feed the wildlife and keep a safe distance at all times. *Please do not dump grease or food products on the ground - this attracts wildlife. *, DO NOT place grills directly on the wood tables, benches, or other wood structures. *Please park and set up only on your assigned site. *A sealed sewer connection (such as a sewer elbow) is required. *For safety reasons, please do not use clotheslines in the park. *For the safety of our younger guests, we ask that parents accompany children under 14 using the facilities. *Children should use extreme caution when crossing or playing near any park roads. *NO LOUD MUSIC AT ANY TIME. *No running of generators. *No RV washing allowed. *Limit your cleaning to windows and small areas. *No solicitation on park property. *Please refrain from doing any repairs to your vehicle or RV on-site. *Please confine consumption of alcoholic beverages to your site. *No "for sale" signs displayed while on MMC property. *MMCRV does not accept mail or packages for guests. (We will make exceptions for RV 'emergency' supplies & full-time RVers). MMCRV Maximum Stay Policy: *RV/Trailer/Camper/Nomad Sites: Three to six months. *Maximum stay intent(s) and tepee: seven (7) days. MMCRV is not a long-term park. MMCRV Trash/Recycle: A bear-proof trash dumpster is located near the front entrance. Metal trash cans for daily trash are located throughout the park. These trash cans are emptied multiple times per day. Recycle receptacles are available in the Thriftway Parking Lot. Be respectful to other campers! We want every MMCRV guest to have an awesome experience. Be nice! Be kind! “Do Good”! Keep your site neat and clean. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management reserves the right to evict anyone for behavior detrimental to the campground and its visitors or failing to observe the Rules and Regulations.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
