Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Calypso Cove Terms and Conditions While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit & Safety – Please keep our children safe! Drive slowly and watch for children. The speed limit for all vehicles is 5 MPH throughout the ENTIRE RV PARK. No motorized bikes, scooters, or boards. Golf carts must be operated by a licensed driver and must have headlights to operate after dark. In the event we incur severe inclement weather such as tornado warnings, please proceed to the laundry room building for shelter. Camping – Occupy only the site you were assigned. Only one picnic table allowed per site. Check-in time is 12:00 pm for campsites and 2:00 pm for other rentals. Check-out time is 11:00 am. The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years of age. The minimum age to rent a cottage or other rental is 21 years of age. All rates are for 1-2 guests. Campers are responsible for their guests the entire time they are in the Park. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather or early departure. Proper attire be worn in the park when you are outside of your rig, this shirts for men. Quiet Time – is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. All children must be with their parents at the campsite by 10:00 pm. Radios and TVs should not be heard beyond your site. No loud gatherings or parties. Please be considerate of your neighbors. Campfires – NO campfires outside of the designated fire pit common area. Children – Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Please do not leave children unattended. Parents must enforce quiet hours and have their children on their site from 10:00 pm TO 8:00 am. Children under the age of 18 must always have an adult of 21 years or older on site. Pets – Two pet max, not exceeding 35 lbs. pet. No vicious breeds allowed (see list in ). All pets must be kept on a leash when outside of your camper. Noisy pets be asked to leave. Please have vaccination records with you during your stay. No pets allowed in the , bathrooms, cottages, RV rentals. Clean up after your pet. Alcohol Policy – Florida's drinking age is 21 –This law be enforced. Alcoholic beverages MUST be kept on your campsite or the fire pit area. Firearms & Fireworks – are PROHIBITED in the RV Park. This any/all types of guns, BB guns, and paintball guns. Fireworks are not permitted. Law enforcement officers on and off duty are exempt. Parking – All sites can accommodate at least 1 vehicle. An additional vehicle may be parked on-site, space permitting. No inoperable vehicles to be kept in the park. All vehicles must have a current license plate and insurance. Do not park a vehicle on an empty site and/or block the roads. There must always be plenty of room for campers to travel through the Park without being impeded. Disruptive Behavior – Behavior that is deemed by the RV Park staff to be a nuisance, hazardous, disorderly conduct, and/or not complying with Federal, State, or Walton County laws result in the camper and/ campers being required to leave. There be no refunds to any Guest in this situation. Please do not put yourselves and your management in this situation. Trash – Please put your trash in tied plastic bags and take it to the closest dumpster. Dumpsters are for camper’s trash only. No vehicle, furniture, and /or other larger items allowed. Insurance/Theft – We are not responsible in the case of theft of RV or contents thereof; nor for any damage caused by causes (i.e. tree falling); nor for spoilage of refrigerator/freezer foods due to power failure. Calypso Cover RV Park not be responsible for injury to guests or for loss of /valuables of any kind. Visitors – All visitors must register at the . You are responsible for the behavior and actions of visitors while in the Park. All visitors must leave the grounds by 10:00 pm or they be considered overnight guests and additional charges may apply. No Smoking – in any/all RV Park , including cottages, RV rentals, bathrooms, bathhouses, and laundromat. Bicycles – Children under the age of 18 must have bikes back at the site before quiet time. Helmets are required. /Store – Hours are posted on the door. hours vary by season. Propane – On-site propane is subject to availability. Prices may vary and is subject to change at any time without notice. Propane only be dispensed during hours. WiFi/Cable – is limited and subject to availability. WiFi and/ cable outages are not emergencies. Restrooms – Please remove all personal items from restrooms. Any articles left behind be disposed of when restrooms are cleaned. Please leave the restroom clean for the next guest’s enjoyment. Please dispose of dirty diapers in the dumpster NOT in the restroom trash cans. Please notify the if there is that needs attention. Restrooms are for registered guests only. Laundry Room –Do not leave clothes unattended. Please use cans provided for garbage. Use only one washer and dryer at a time. Laundry is for registered guests only. Wastewater – Absolutely no sewage or grey water dumping of any kind on the ground. Miscellaneous – Rigs or vehicles 10 years or older must have prior management approval. No glass containers allowed outside of your site. Do not use the charcoal grill on picnic tables. Do not cut down or damage any of the trees, bushes, flowers, or plants that are on the grounds. No bicycles or vehicles without light after dark. No clotheslines. No storing personal items under campers. No working on vehicles, changing , etc. Do not make any modifications to your site. including placement of a shed. Please keep your site neat and orderly. No roommates or subletting without management approval. Any unregistered guests be considered trespassers.
Cancellation policy for Calypso Cove RV Park
Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
