Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Ridge Park RV and Campground and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. Please contact Ridge Park RV and Campground for more details. Check-In Procedure: - Please check-in at the main office. - Check-In: 12pm (noon) - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy: - Pets are welcome in the park; however, all pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - You are also required to clean up after your pet. - Continually barking dogs will not be tolerated. Quiet Hours: - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. - Please be quiet & considerate of your neighbors. Trash: - All trash must be disposed of in heavy-duty garbage bags* Behavior: - Rowdiness and drunkenness are prohibited. Vehicle Policies: - Washing and vehicle maintenance must be approved by management. Evictions: - Failure to obey RV park rules may result in eviction with no refund. Property: - This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accident or injury to guests or loss of personal property of any kind.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
