Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In Time: 1:00 pm or after. - If arriving later than 7 p.m., please let the office know ahead of time. - Check Out Time: 12:00 p.m. - All guests must register themselves and ANY guests visiting. - All fees must be paid upon arrival. - All guests over the age of 16 will have to provide identification. - Notify the office if you are expecting visitors. - There is a $2/person charge for guests and a maximum of 8 people per site at any given time. - Management reserves the right to deny registration of any person entering the property at any time. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicle Policy - Maximum of 2 motor vehicles per site. Parking Policy - Guest parking is located across from the office. - Absolutely NO PARKING in ANY grassy area. - No parking in any open site or roadway. Pets Policy - MUST be on a leash at all times when outdoors, except when in the dog park. - Pets cannot be left unattended and are not allowed in any park building, pool, or playground area. - Disruptive or aggressive pets will not be permitted. - OWNERS MUST PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS! - No one likes to step in doggie poo. - Management reserves the right to refuse any animal it deems dangerous, disruptive, or a threat to other visitors. Golf Carts/ATVs Policy - No one under the age of 16, without a driver's license, is allowed to operate a motorized vehicle on our property. - We DO NOT allow 4 Wheelers. - No golf cart or ATV is allowed to be in ANY grassy area. - Golf Carts and ATVs must be registered at the office with proof of insurance showing liability coverage. - Registration of golf carts or ATVs can be revoked at any time. Pool Policy - ALL POOL USERS MUST OBTAIN A POOL PASS VIA THE APP OR IN THE OFFICE. - Hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. - Guests must not wear a swimsuit that has been worn in the river as it contaminates the pool. - ALL POOL USERS MUST BE REGISTERED CAMPERS AND BE IN ATTENDANCE WITH THEIR GUESTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE OFFICE. - No lifeguard on duty and use of the pool is done at your own risk. - Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. - Posted pool rules must be followed. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. - Use of the pool can be revoked at any given time. - ALL POOL USERS MUST OBTAIN A POOL PASS VIA THE APP OR IN THE OFFICE. - Hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. - Guests must not wear a swimsuit that has been worn in the river as it contaminates the pool. - ALL POOL USERS MUST BE REGISTERED CAMPERS AND BE IN ATTENDANCE WITH THEIR GUESTS WHO HAVE REGISTERED WITH THE OFFICE. - No lifeguard on duty and use of the pool is done at your own risk. - Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. - Posted pool rules must be followed. - Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. - Use of the pool can be revoked at any given time. Laundry Policy - Coin-Operated machines are available for use a the main office. - Clotheslines are prohibited. - NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED IN LAUNDRY. Mail Policy - We recommend obtaining a PO BOX from the most convenient post office in Ashville, Attalla, or Gadsden. - Having mail sent to the campground automatically releases Greensport RV Park, LLC as well as Greensport Marina, LLC from any and ALL liability associated with your mail or package deliveries. - No member of management or employee may sign for any package. Garbage Policy - DO NOT LEAVE BAGGED GARBAGE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CAMPER. - Dumpsters are provided for your use in the parking lot across from the office. - No garbage is allowed in the fire pits. - Cigarette butts are not to be thrown on the ground but disposed of properly. - There will be a $15 site cleaning fee if we have to clean out a fire pit, clean cigarette butts out of your site, or pick up doggie poo. Boats and Trailers Policy - We do not allow Boats and Trailers to be parked at your campsite. - There is a designated parking area across from the office with plugs. - There are two boat ramps available for your use as well as marine gas. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. - Please be considerate of others. - No disorderly conduct will be tolerated. - If the situation arises, management reserves the right to deny the remainder of the stay without a refund. Miscellaneous Policy - No generators allowed. - No open display of alcoholic beverages. - NO TENTS ALLOWED. - No smoking in any park building, including the bathhouse. - Campfires are permitted, however, they must be contained in a fire pit and are the responsibility of the registered guest. - Guests are responsible for being weather-aware and taking necessary precautions in the event of severe weather. - Greensport RV Park, LLC is not responsible for limbs or debris causing damage to campers. - All rented sites must be kept neat and clean, as well as free of clutter, at all times. - No permanent structure of any type is allowed, this includes satellite dishes being installed in the ground. Freezing Temperatures - If temperatures drop below freezing, water spigots will be turned off to prevent bursting. Disclaimer - Greensport RV Park, LLC nor its management, assumes any responsibility for accidents, injury, or losses due to any cause. - Every guest is responsible for their own person and own insurance.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
