To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - The check-in time for RV sites is 12 PM. - Check-Out: 11 am. - We provide self-check-in only. - Please ensure you have your site or rental number confirmed on your reservation and proceed directly to that site upon arrival. - For Deluxe cabins, you will receive a door code. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Please note that only service dogs are allowed on the premises. - This policy applies specifically to the rental units that state 'no pets allowed.' - Service dogs include K9 service dogs and law enforcement dogs. - A $20 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR ANY TRASH OR DOG MESSES OUR PARK HAS TO CLEAN UP, NO EXCEPTIONS. - We have a strict no-aggressive-dogs policy on the premises. - Additionally, we kindly request all pet owners to clean up after their dogs. - Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. Vehicle Policy - Each cabin is allowed to accommodate one extra vehicle in addition to the included vehicle. - However, please note that boats are considered extra vehicles. - SPEED LIMIT IS IDLE. - PEDESTRIANS HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. Cabin Policy - You have the option to request a rollaway bed, which is similar to a twin-size bed. - Simply let us know in advance, and we will accommodate your request. Military/LEO (Law Enforcement Officers) Discounts Policy - Our special discounted rate for Cabin Camping sites is $600 for Military/LEO (Law Enforcement Officers). - If you are currently serving on active duty in the military or law enforcement, please give us a call to secure your discounted rate. - We also offer a 10% discount for military personnel and law enforcement officers for stays of up to 6 nights. If you plan to stay for more than 6 nights, please contact us for further discount details. - IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS OR NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE. - ALL MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL GET A DISCOUNTED RATE OF 10% OFF. - WE DO NOT ACCEPT PASSPORTS OR SAMS... RV Site Policy - Please keep your site clean and free of clutter. - No clotheslines, please. - The monthly rates for RV sites do not include electricity. Guests Policy - All guests and visitors must be registered at the office. - NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. - Please notify the office if you wish to stay longer than initially planned. - GUESTS CAN BE ASKED TO LEAVE AT ANY TIME. Property Policy - This property is privately owned. - The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. - ALL MONTHLY GUEST FEES ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH NO LATER THAN THE 5TH, A LATE FEE OF $20 WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH DAY AFTER, NO EXCEPTIONS. ATTENTION - ALL MONTHLY GUESTS: ALL LOT AND SITE FEES ARE DUE ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH AND NO LATER THAN THE 5TH, STARTING ON THE 6TH A LATE FEE OF $20 PER DAY WILL BE CHARGED. - WEEKLY GUESTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $20 PER DAY AFTER THEIR DESIGNATED PAY DATE HAS PASSED. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. - NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
