To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

RESERVATIONS - Must be 21 or older to rent a Park Model Cabin RV site. - All reservations require a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Pre-paid credit cards not be accepted. - Your credit card remains on file and will be used to cover excessive cleaning fees and damage. Any held be refunded less applicable charges within 7 business days after departure. (subject to issuing bank processing timelines). RV SITES - Check-In @ 2 pm & Check Out @ 11 am. - The maximum number of guests allowed at an RV site is six (6) over 5 years of age. - RV rates include the first 4 guests over 5 years of age and 1 vehicle. - Visitors or additional guests are subject to a fee of $10/ day. - Additional vehicles are subject to a $50/day fee for the first vehicle. The second and third vehicle fee is $20/day. - Maximum of 3 additional vehicles. Parking is limited, subject to availability. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. PARK MODEL CABINS - Check-In @ 4 pm & Check Out @ 11 am. We may be able to accommodate an early arrival or late departure for an additional fee. You must call ahead to verify availability. - Maximum number of guests allowed in a Park Model Cabin is six (6) over 5 years of age. - Park Model Cabin rates include the first 4 guests over 5 years of age and 1 vehicle. - Visitors or additional guests are subject to a fee of $10/ day. - Additional vehicles are subject to a $50/day fee for the first vehicle. Pet Policy - We love dogs at Redbud Ranch and want their experience to be as enjoyable as yours. - With that in mind, we have the following policy related to our four-legged friends: - The only pets we allow at the park are dogs. - No dangerous dog breeds are allowed (for example, Akitas, Cane Corsos, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Pit Bull (or mixes), Malamute, Mastiffs, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Wolf-hybrid, etc.). - We have a few dog-friendly Park Model Cabins. A refundable damage deposit of $100 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs) is required as well as a $25 non-refundable cleaning fee. Dogs are not allowed in cabins that have not been designated “dog friendly.” There is a $200 cleaning fee charged to any guest that allows a pet into a cabin not designated as “dog-friendly.” - Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside of an RV or cabin unless they are inside a dog park fence. - Dogs may not be left unattended in a cabin or outside and may not be tied to an RV or cabin. - Dogs are not allowed in the Great Lodge, Laundry Facilities, Bathhouse, or Pool Area. - Dog shot records must be available upon request. - Dogs that are disturbing other campers with excessive barking or aggressive behavior, at the sole discretion of management, be asked to leave without a refund. - Please clean up after your dog. A $10 fine per incident may be imposed. Multiple incidents may result in the guest and dog being asked to leave without a refund. - No washing of dogs in any Park Model Cabins Resort’s restroom/shower facilities allowed - there is a designated dog wash outside the bathhouse/laundry building. 10 Year Rule - Redbud Ranch RV Resort welcomes camper vehicles that are no more than 10 years old. If you believe your RV is still in wonderful condition, please email a picture to us at [email protected] - The management review pictures and can allow an exception. - Management always reserves the right to refuse if the RV condition was not represented in the pictures provided.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
