Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-in time for all RV sites is 2 pm. - Check-out time on the day of your departure is 12 pm. - Check-in time for The Lodge is 4 pm. - Check-out time on the day of your departure is 11 am. - If you arrive before 2 pm, your site may not be ready, but we will make efforts to accommodate you if possible. - An early check-in fee may apply. - Please call prior to arriving to see if early check-in is possible. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Type Policy - Approved recreational vehicles include Class A, Class B, and Class C Motorhomes, fifth wheels, hard-sided travel trailers, and toy haulers. - Cargo trailers, Living Quarter Trailers, and cab-over truck campers are not permitted. - All recreational vehicles must be currently registered, maintained in good condition, and in running order without leaks of any kind. - All RVs must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment. 15-Year Rule - We do love a great restored vintage camper; however, we will need to pre-approve any RV more than 15 years old to ensure that it is maintained and in good condition. - Please email images of your RV within 48 hours of booking your stay to [email protected] for approval. - RVs over 15 years old that arrive without prior authorization may be denied entry. Trash Removal - No trash is to be left outside your RV from 6 PM EST - 8 AM EST in order to prevent attracting wildlife and to keep our resort clean! - We offer trash pick-up daily while staying at the resort. Please set your trash at the end of your site from 8 AM - 10 AM. Video/Camera Surveillance - Property and buildings are monitored. Customer grants to Camp Margaritaville RV Resort, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of me, my property, and my family/guests in connection with the park. - Customer authorizes Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and its affiliates, assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. - I agree that Camp Margaritaville RV Resort, forever and without compensating me, may use such photographs or videos of me or my image, likeness, voice, actions, and/or statements, with or without my name, for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Quiet Hours - 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Sunday–Thursday and 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday. - Children under 16 must return to their own site by 10:00 p.m. Speed Limit - 10 mph or less throughout the park. Prohibited - Generators. - Tents. - Pop-up Campers. - Truck Campers. - Overnight Exterior Lighting (as a consideration to other campers). - Fireworks. - Firearms. - Disorderly Conduct. - On-Site Maintenance/Washing. - Clotheslines. - Grills on Picnic Tables or Other Park Property. - Permanent Utility Connections & Stairs. - No Digging, Poles, or Stakes in Grass. - Do Not Cover Grass with Mats, Carpet, or Tarps. - No Liquid Waste of Any Kind May Be Dumped. - No ATVs, Quads, Razors, or any other 4x4 vehicles. Children - Parents/caregivers are responsible for the appropriate behavior of their children and for being aware of where their children are and what they are doing at all times. - Children must be supervised in bathhouses and restrooms. - Parent/guardian will be held financially liable for damage caused by their children. Bicycles, Rollerblades, Skateboards, Scooters - Ride only on roadways and do not ride after dusk. - Do not park or ride them on grass, playground, pool area, or through landscaping. - Persons under the age of 16 are required to wear a helmet while riding on park grounds. Drones - Drones are not permitted anywhere on the Camp Margaritaville property for privacy and safety reasons. Vehicles and Trailers - You are permitted one RV and one vehicle per assigned site. - Vehicles and trailers that do not fit completely on your concrete pad must be parked in the visitor parking area. - Do not park on the patio, grass, another site, or on the road. - Subject to availability, a 2nd vehicle pass may be purchased for $5.00 per day. Golf Carts - All golf carts must be registered at check-in, and separate rules and regulations must be signed. - A golf cart permit is required and may be obtained in the office. - No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive any golf cart (whether rented or privately owned) without a parent/guardian on board. - Privately owned golf carts must verify proof of bodily injury and property damage liability insurance coverage in the amounts of at least $25,000 per injured person/$50,000 per accident/$10,000 property damage. Laundry Facilities - Hours as posted. - Do not leave clothes unattended. - As a courtesy to other customers, only one washer/dryer set may be used by a party at one time. - Please observe any laundry facility guidelines that are posted in the facility. Garbage - Please keep your site tidy. stack and tie garbage and place it at or near the curb by your site by 10:30 a.m. - For your convenience, we also have a dumpster area that is marked on the map provided at check-in. - Please close the dumpster after each use to prevent wildlife intrusion. - If park staff must clean your site, there will be an extra charge. Sewer Connectors - Use of rubber donut or watertight collar is required on all sewer connections. - These are available for purchase at the park office if needed. Water Hydrants - Our water hydrants are frostproof; however, water must be turned off with hoses disconnected from the hydrant and camper when temperatures are below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. - The customer is financially responsible for any frozen hydrants and damage due to non-compliance. Firewood, Firepits, Fireplaces - No outside firewood permitted in the park. - Firewood is available for purchase at the office and will be delivered to your site free of charge. - Please do not stack firewood on grass and do not cut down trees. - Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits and must be attended to at all times. - Absolutely no burning of garbage, paper, cans, glass, etc. in your firepit or fireplace. Firewood only. - Please do not overload! Fireplaces are designed for campfires only, not bonfires. - Excessive heat may cause damage to firepits. - Damage to the fireplace will be the financial responsibility of the customer. - Please note that all other firepits, including portable gas firepits, are prohibited. Mail Service - There is no mail service on the property. - We ask that you please make alternate arrangements. - Mail will be returned to sender unless prior notice is received from the park office. Emergency Phones - For any emergencies, please dial 911. - There is an emergency-use phone available at the pool/lodge. Occupancy - A maximum of 6 people allowed (including registered guests and visitors) per site at any time. - Additional people over 4 are allowed with a $5 per day fee. PETS - Pets are limited to 2 per site. - Only non-aggressive pets are allowed. - Must be on a maximum 6’ length leash. - Must be current on all vaccines. - May not be left outside when owners are away from the site or park, nor may they be left inside the RV to continually bark. - Excessive barking, growling, or any aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. - If your pet is not under control, you may be asked to leave the park without a refund. - Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in buildings or pool areas. - Do not tie your pet to park property including trees and picnic tables. - Please clean up after your pet and properly dispose of all pet waste/litter in proper receptacles. - No display of pet cages or fences. Pol - Lifeguards are not on duty at the pool. - All swimming in the pool is “swim at your own risk.” - Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the pool area without adult guardian supervision. - All other posted pool rules must be followed at all times. - Floatation devices are encouraged for young children when swimming in the pool. - Pool hours 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Visitors - Anyone not registered to a site at check-in will be considered a visitor. - All visitors must register and obtain a car permit at the office before entering the park. - Cars parked without a valid permit are subject to towing at any time, at the customer or visitor’s expense. - Permit must be visible on the dash at all times. - Visitor parking is in designated parking areas only. - Day visitors must leave by 10:00 pm. - Visitors may be restricted during periods of high occupancy. - Registered customers are responsible for their visitors and will be held financially responsible for any damage to park property. - Please make sure your guests are aware of the community rules. - Those who do not comply will be considered trespassing. Caution - Please enter the park with care and safety. - Damage by a customer or your visitor to park property is the financial responsibility of the customer. Accidents/Incidents - Must be reported to management as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours after the accident/incident. Camper/RV - All units must be factory-manufactured only. Sub-lease - Subleasing of RV pads or campers is strictly prohibited. Vendors - No sale or solicitation of any products including, but not limited to, souvenirs, food, or merchandise. - “For Sale” signs are permitted only on private campers/vehicles. NOTICE - Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives are not responsible and assume no liability for any event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, acts of God, or any other loss, whether injury or loss of property. - Additionally, all persons (including visitors) registered to a site agree to release and indemnify Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all injuries, claims, or damages arising out of the use of the park or its amenities including, but not limited to, buildings, firepits, golf carts, wildlife, and pool. - Park staff reserves the right to refuse service to or evict anyone, without prior notice, who creates a disturbance, or nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the park’s policies. - Eviction will be immediate and without reimbursement of any fees. - You agree that you have read, understand, and hereby accept the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, are at least 18 years of age and of sound mind, and sign on behalf of yourself as well as other members of your group/site, minors, guests, and visitors under your care, heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and estates.

All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
