Need to know about Bryce Valley Ranch RV & Horse Park
Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
- While each Park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site Manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Check-In Time: 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM MDT. If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please inform us in advance. We will leave a map on the door with park information for you. Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM MST. Late check-out charges will apply. Rates: Rates are based on a 3-person occupancy. Additional persons are $5.00 per person per day. Adding a tent to an RV site incurs a $15.00 charge. Please call to make arrangements. RV Unit Policy: RV units are restricted to a maximum age of 18 years old, with exceptions for restored older units. Late Arrivals: Contact us if you expect to arrive after our business hours for instructions. We ask that all RVs and tents be set up before our quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM MST to ensure courtesy to other campers. All late arrivals should check in at our office in the morning. Cancellation Policy for RV Guests: You have up to 7 days before the arrival date to qualify for a refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee per site. Quiet Times: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM MST daily. Please keep alcoholic beverages to a minimum and be respectful of your neighbors. Loud or obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. Generators: No running of generators is permitted. All sites have electricity. Liability: You are responsible for the actions of your pets, children, and guests, and are financially liable for any damage done to park facilities. Please do not approach or feed horses in guest sites without permission. Pets: We permit all breeds of obedient and friendly dogs. Pets must be on a leash in the park. They can be off-leash in designated pet play areas. No aggressive or biting dogs are allowed. Please control barking. Dogs should not be left alone outside. A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed. An additional $5.00 per pet will be charged for each extra pet. Pets are not allowed inside buildings unless they are service dogs. Requirements: Current Coggins and a 30-day health certificate are required for all horses/mules not from Utah. Stallions are not permitted. Cancellation Policy: Equine reservations must be canceled 30 days in advance for a refund, minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per site. This fee is necessary due to limited time to rebook the site. You may move your reservation once within a year of the original date without penalty. Corrals: Corrals are 12' x 12' pipe corrals with one equine per corral. Ensure you reserve a corral for each equine you bring. Keep corrals clean twice daily and before checking out. Failure to do so may result in a clean-up fee. No portable corrals, hotwires, picket lines, or hi-lines are allowed. No shavings, straw, or pellets are to be used in corrals. Dispose of waste in the designated manure pile. How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
