Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Procedure - Arrival Times: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in after 1:00 PM, and check-out before 11:00 AM. - If you need assistance after 5 PM, our onsite manager's number is 503-560-3463. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Deposits & Payments - Initial Deposit: At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. - Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. - Scheduled Deposit: 2 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Children aged 2 and under stay free. - Children should always be under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. - Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. - We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. - You are liable for their behavior. - Children must be respectful of other campers and not overly loud. Pet Policy - They must be approved and added to the lease at the time of rental. - Any pets added after the lease is signed must be approved by the landowner and added to the lease (if approved). - Do not allow dogs to bark uncontrollably. - Please keep your pet out of your neighbor’s RV space unless they are invited. - Only 2 pets are allowed per space. - Absolutely no pets other than service animals are allowed in the office or laundry. - No aggressive dogs are allowed in the park. - A 6-foot leash must be used whenever your pet is outside of the RV. - Owners must be responsible and immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in the appropriate waste bin. - Dogs are not to be left unattended outside. - Cats are also allowed at the park but may not roam freely and must remain inside the RV at all times. - Pet rules are to be observed at all times. - If your guests bring a pet it is your responsibility to advise them and enforce the rules. - Check out our dog park for a permitted off-leash area! - Please note, that you must supervise your dog at all times. - Pet Stations providing bags are located throughout the park. Utility Codes and Password - Wifi - Valley's Edge Wifi/Password: RVoregon! - Bathroom/Laundry Room Code: 7539/0103 Noise Policy - No loud or obnoxious noise or behavior at any time- this includes loud vehicles. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. General Liability - Violence of any kind is strictly prohibited. - Drug use, possession, selling, or distribution by you or your guests is strictly prohibited. - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be the reason for immediate eviction without a refund. - Illegal drugs of any form are prohibited on the property. Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. - Person (s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential. - All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests. Any and all persons using the facilities do so at their own risk and consent. - The park management is not responsible for accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, acts of god, or other unfortunate circumstances. - The registered guest is financially responsible for all individuals or pets at their site for any/all damage to the park. Water Usage Washing of RVs, vehicles, trailers, etc. on park premises is prohibited. - No washing of dishes in the bathroom or shower area. Vehicle and Parking Policy - RVs/Trailers must be 15 years or newer or receive prior management approval. - Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough. - Please park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. - Your vehicles and those of guests must be parked only in your space. - Never assume it is okay to park a vehicle in an open/empty space or in front of the building at the center of the park. - All vehicles in the park must be in operational condition. - Repairs on vehicles cannot be done in the park without permission. Visitors - Registered guests entertaining visitors are responsible for their actions and safety. - Your guests’ actions are your responsibility. - Guests do not possess any rights within the park. - Please inform them of our rules. - Visitor parking is located throughout the park, please refer to the park map. Campsite - Maximum of four people overnight in any RV site. - Each campsite is allowed two vehicles. - Additional overnight guests are $5/night. - No one is allowed to cut through other campsites. - Please do not cut down, climb, or deface trees or campground property. - Nailing, fastening, or leaning supports or signs on trees is prohibited. - Clotheslines, strings, or ropes around camp are prohibited. No tents. - No cheater boxes or pigtails allowed. Trash - Separate trash from recyclable material. - Recyclable material must be compacted to the best of your ability. - All items must fit completely into the bins provided. - Trash is not picked up by the campground at your site as a formal service. - Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Additional fees may be charged for violators. Sewer Connection - We are on a septic system so please be conservative on the amount of paper products you flush down toilets. - Please do not allow items such as wipes and feminine products to go into our septic system. - A positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose is required. Campfire, Fireworks and Firearms - No campfires and please do not use charcoal briquettes as there is no safe place to dispose of them. - Propane fire pits are permitted. - No fireworks are allowed. - No open firearms were displayed. River - We are fortunate to be located on the South Yamhill River. - There is no lifeguard on duty and no swimming after dark. - All children must be accompanied by an adult. - No one should swim alone. - No glass allowed by the river. Speed limit - The speed limit all throughout Valley's Edge RV Park is 5 mph maximum. - The speed limit on the main road adjacent to the park is 10 mph maximum. Note - Valley's Edge RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on RV’s. - Abide by all rules and duties of being a Tenant at the RV Park and in the State of Oregon. - All park facilities and equipment of the park is intended for the convenience of the guests.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
