To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check in- - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Rules - Traveling with a furry friend? We are pet friendly as long as these simple rules are followed: - Please make sure to let us know you are bringing your furry friends, either by entering the number of pets in the Additionals in the online reservation form or by calling us at 719.475.9450. - Not letting us know about your pet(s) before you check-in can result in a $100 non-refundable fee along with a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee. - All of our RV sites are pet friendly and there is no fee, but we do limit the number of dogs to two per site. - Pets must be on a leash at all times. If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length. - Pets are not allowed in the Office, Convenience Store, Pavilion, Pool Area, Playground, or any of the Cabins. They are more than welcome to play with their furry pals off-leash in the Bark Park. - Please clean up after your pet(s), we provide potty bags for your convenience. Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others, so a $50 clean-up fee will be charged each time we need to clean after a pet. - Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child-friendly, and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). Breeds such as Dobermans, Rottweilers, and Pit Bulls are not accepted. If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund. By using this service, you're agreeing that: - You are at least 21 years of age - You'll use it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions - You are making a legitimate reservation for you and/or any other person(s) whom you legitimately represent - All info you enter is accurate and complete - RVC reserves the right to deny you access to this service for any reason. Disputes - RVC reserves the right to refuse service to any party based upon the laws and regulations of the state in which the resort in which service is delivered; all disputes will be settled out of court and/or through an arbitrator if it becomes necessary. Prohibited Activities - All guests, using this website to make reservations and as a guest at our resorts, are bound by the local laws of the property in which they are booking. RVC reserves all rights. Privacy Policy - As an Innkeeper, RVC holds all guest information as private and does not disclose it to others. Additionally, RVC does not share any part of our Guest Database with third parties. Deposits and Cancellations - Please see the Cancellation Policy for terms and conditions for Deposits and Cancellations. Liability Disclaimer - While we try our best, there may be a very limited number of times when the Information published may be inaccurate in terms of pricing and availability, and we can't guarantee the availability of specific sites or services. RVC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that are part of a reservation. If available, we'll honor the published price, if it is determined that the pricing error was on the part of RVC and not if a third party publishes unauthorized rates. By accepting the reservation, you agree it’s terms and to hold RVC harmless for personal inconvenience, fees, property damage, or any other claim through your use of Gulf Shores RV Resort. You also agree to indemnify RVC for any losses, claims or fees that we may incur because of your use of Gulf Shores RV Resort. You also agree to accept responsibility for any guest you may invite to your site or accommodation, including all guests registered under your name. You agree to abide by all of Gulf Shores RV Resort's Terms and Conditions, and, if you're bringing your Pet(s), you agree to abide by Gulf Shores RV Resort's Pet Policy. Rev April 8, 2020

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

During holiday periods, this reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.- For non-holiday reservations, Travelers may make ONE date change or cancel the reservation, but it must be made by 3:00 pm CST, 72 hours prior to arrival for 90% refund. - The new dates for the reservation change must be within one calendar year. Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
