To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration Arrival Check-in Procedure - Check-in: 1:00 pm - Check out: 11:00 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Policy - Entire reservation must be paid in full when a reservation is booked. - Online reservations are limited to daily and weekly reservations. Discounts - We offer military and first responder discounts. Proof of discount eligibility must be presented at check-in. Visitors Policy - Visitors are welcome but must check in at the office Pets Policy - Pets are allowed (other than commonly recognized aggressive breeds) and must be kept on a leash, and picked up after. Trash Policy - All trash should be disposed of in dumpsters located throughout the park. A cleaning site fee will apply and be charged for any unsightly garbage or littering on your site. #Don’tMessWithTexas.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
