Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in and Check-out Procedures: - You will receive a Welcome email three days prior to arrival with your self-check-in instructions. - IMPORTANT: You will not have cell service upon arrival, so please copy to phone or print ahead of time. For RV sites: - Check-in: between 1-7 pm, Check-out: 12:00 pm. - If you depart after 12 pm, you will be charged $35/hour. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Smoking Policy: - All our accommodations are designated No Smoking areas, as is the café and all areas surrounding the café, including the private river access area. - The far end of the café parking lot is a designated smoking area. - Please be courteous where you smoke, and please dispose of your cigarette butts in a responsible manner (do not leave them on the ground). - Smoking is not permitted within 20 feet of an entrance to any building. - There will be a $250 cleaning fee if smoking has occurred in any of the accommodations. Pet Policy: - We have a no-pet policy for all of our overnight lodging except Creekside Cottage, Suncrest House, and the RV sites. - Where pets are allowed, they must be well-behaved. - Pets must be on a leash at all times and kept on the dark side or in the pet-friendly Cafe' dining area. - They are not allowed in the private river access, but staff can direct you to other public river access points to enjoy. - Pets with anti-social behavior are not welcome. - Please clean up after your pet. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet - every little bit, every time, with no exceptions. - You will be financially responsible for ALL damages caused by your pet. Cleaning/Damage Fee: - An extra cleaning fee of $50-$500 may be imposed if the rented space requires more than the normal cleaning requirements upon departure. - This includes any damage to items within the accommodations (i.e., games, furniture, etc.). - Damage charges could potentially be more than $500 if the damage is severe. You will be notified of said fee via email and the credit card on the will be charged accordingly. Visitors Policy: - Please inform hosts immediately if you plan to have visitors. You will be charged $20/per person for a Day Pass. - These fees have been established to monitor resort capacity. - If you neglect to register your visitors, you will automatically be charged the fee and could potentially be asked to leave without a refund. Parking Policy: - Please follow our "two vehicles per accommodation" policy, as our space is limited. - If additional parking is needed, please make arrangements prior to arrival. Speed Policy: - Speed Limit should be 7 mph Trash Policy: - All trash must be put in the containers provided, including recycling. Not only will it help our environment, but it keeps the resort neat and clean for everyone. Recycle: - Please help us by using our recycling bins. We appreciate your help in keeping our environment clean. Quiet Hours: - Please observe quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Child Safety and Supervision: - Parents are responsible for their children's safety. Children must be supervised at all times. Vandalism: - Destroying the natural beauty of our resort is not permitted. - Do not cut limbs from trees, dig holes, pick flowers, or cause any destruction to the surrounding landscape. - No defacing of property or cottages will be tolerated. - The above actions will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
