Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in procedure: - Check-in time: 12:00 PM. If you will be needing a check-in time sooner, please call ahead and see if we can accommodate that. - Check-out time: 11:00 AM. If you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your same site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Time: - 10 pm-8 am. - Please be considerate of others. - No loud music at any time. - Quiet time is strictly enforced by on-site security/management. Speed Limit: - Please maintain a speed of 10 mph or less throughout the property. Sewer Policy: - Your sewer hose must be fastened at both ends using a connector or a rubber donut. Children Policy: - Children under age 17 should ALWAYS be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian. - Children should never be left unattended. - We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are solely liable for their behavior. Pets Policy: - WE ARE PET-FRIENDLY, and well-behaved and vaccinated pets are welcome, but must be on a leash when outside your vehicle and attended to at all times. - A two (2) pet maximum is allowed per reserved lot—no exceptions. - Always clean up after pets. - We have provided pet “doggie bag” stations in multiple places along the drive, so please use them to clean up after your pet, and deposit it in the many garbage cans arranged around the park. - Do not leave pets tethered or in a pen outside when you are absent. - No pets other than service animals are allowed in the clubhouse or laundry. - No animals are allowed in the showers or sinks for bathing purposes. - We have provided a dog-washing station at the back of the Clubhouse for this purpose. - Owner is responsible for their pets and their actions. - The following dog breeds are not permitted on the property: Pitbulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or German Shepherds, or any other dog with an aggressive nature. - If a dog of one of these breeds has a current Canine Good Citizen Certification from the AKC that you provide to the park, they will be allowed. Trash Policy: - Trash dumpsters located just outside the gate, by the office, are for personal trash only. - Please do NOT use the black trash cans located inside the gates around the property for your household trash - only use the dumpsters for this. - All trash must be bagged & tied. - DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV, or on the outside of the dumpster. (Animals get into it and make a real mess!). Sites are to be kept clean and orderly at all times as determined by management. Vehicle Policy: - INSURANCE: All RV's should be equipped with a surge protector due to insurance requirements. - CLEANING OF VEHICLES: Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however, keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required. If you would like to wash your vehicle, check with the office staff and we can recommend a local car wash. - One vehicle per campsite. There are limited storage spaces available for a small fee upon request for additional vehicles, boats, or trailers – ask the office for details. Internet Policy: - We offer very good, high-speed WiFi for $3.95 per day, $6.95 for 3 days, $14.95 per week, $39.95 per month, and $159.95 for 6 months. If you order the service, you will receive a password to access the WiFi at that time. Fire Policy: - Fires in general are permitted unless prohibited by local ordinance when fire danger is present. - When lighting a fire, please treat it with respect and extinguish it completely before going to bed. - NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. - NO OPEN FIREARMS WERE DISPLAYED. - Use of any open flame device besides grills in public areas, toxic chemicals, or any other hazardous equipment or supplies in the RV Park is prohibited. - We have several fire pits on the property that you are free to use on a first-come, first-served basis. - The “Great Fire Pit” near the Clubhouse is a wonderful place to meet your neighbors, or enjoy the fun of a campfire in a larger setting that accommodates larger groups. Just know that it is available to all our guests even if you have a large group. - Please be friendly and respectful so we can all enjoy the magical atmosphere that Vacay Village has to offer. Firewood Policy: - Absolutely no transported (out of state) firewood is permitted. This is a State law and is required to protect our beautiful flora and fauna. - If you would like to build a fire in the fire ring in the general fire pits on the property, please purchase a bundle of firewood from the office, or online when first making your reservation. - No outside firewood or collecting of firewood onsite is permitted. Parking Policy: - Please park your allowed single car parallel to your RV, or in front of it if you have one of our longer lots, and out of the main drives. - Ejection: These park rules were created with the health, cleanliness, legality, and welfare of all in mind. Any violations of the rules above are grounds for dismissal from the park Pool Policy: - Swimming on the property is at your own risk. - We do not have lifeguards on duty. - The swimming pool is open from dawn to dusk. - Any children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when inside the pool or clubhouse area. - The supervising adult will be held responsible for any damage caused by the minors under their care. Alcohol Policy: - Alcohol consumption is permitted for all campers over the legal age of 21. - When consuming alcohol on the property you are liable for your safety and the safety of others. - Do not drive on the property (including golf carts or bicycles) during or after drinking. - You are also liable for any destruction caused by you or your party. - Please respect your neighbors and limit noise at all times. Campsite Rules: - RESPECTING OTHER CAMPSITES: Respect social distancing and please do not cross over occupied campsites. - RESPECTING OTHER CAMPERS: Remember the Golden Rule and treat other campers the way you would like to be treated. - Use of hate speech/hateful acts of any kind are prohibited. Visitors Policy: - All visitors should register in the campground office upon arrival and must pay an entrance fee of $10 per day, per person. Please inquire at the office. Behaviors to Avoid: - Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, and obnoxious, disruptive, or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated on the property.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
