To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Arrival: - Check-In: 2pm - 5pm - Check-Out: 11 am Self-Contained RVs: - Your RV must be self-contained as we don't have a public bathroom. People Per Site: - Four guests are welcome in short-term RV Rentals (children welcome) - Two guests are welcome in long-term RV Rentals (no children please) - Two guests are welcome in Cabin Rentals (children welcome). - Additional daily visitors are welcome on a case-by-case basis but cannot spend the night. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Electricity Rates: - Electricity is not included in the price for a monthly rental or storage. - If you are staying one month or more (or if you desire electricity for the unit you are storing), you will be charged extra for electricity. Pet Policy: - Each short-term RV rental is allowed one pet per unit. - The pet must be kept on a leash shorter than 15 feet and must be picked up after. - No pets are allowed in cabins.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 1 day before check-in. 50% percent refund the day of or after. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
