Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Arrival Times: -12:00 PM - 6:00 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Kids Policy: - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - Children aged 17 and under stay free Pets Policy: - Pets are welcome - Pets must weigh under 50 pounds - No more than 2 pets (dogs and cats) are allowed per RV site. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside and no aggressive animals are allowed. - Pets must be supervised when using the dog park. - Make sure the gate to the dog park is latched at all times. - A pet waste disposal station is located outside the dog park for your convenience. Please pick up all pet waste and dispose of it promptly. - Horse stalls are limited and may be rented for an additional nightly rate of $25.00. This area is limited to horse owners only. Quiet Hours: - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors. Vehicle Policy: - No major vehicle repairs will be permitted on the premises. - Do not wash campers or vehicles on premises unless you obtain a wash permit from the office. - Do not let the water run unnecessarily. - A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. At Your Campsite: - The space you are renting is neat, clean, and adequate for your recreation vehicle. Please keep it that way and leave it the same way you found it upon checkout. Do not make any changes to the site without prior approval by the manager. - Keep your RV site litter-free, including cigarette butts. Parking Policy: - No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces. Fire Policy: - Campfires in grills only. Speed Limit: - The speed limit is 5 mph and is enforced. Business Operation: - The operation of a business on the Property is prohibited. Prohibited Items: - No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapons in any way that may alarm others is allowed. - The possession, sale, or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the Property is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement upon discovery. - The storage of hazardous materials on the Property is prohibited. Plants & Trees: - Cutting trees or plants is prohibited. Violence: - Violence or threat of violence will not be tolerated. - Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or convenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated. Extended stay guests: - Rent and electricity payments are due and payable as per the terms of the site rental agreement. You will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus a $10.00 fee for each day after the due date. NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS. - Returned checks – in addition to a $30.00 handling fee, the late fee described above will be charged until full payment is received in cash, cashier's check, or money order. Future payments after a non-sufficient funds payment must be made in CASH ONLY.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
