Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy: - Pets are welcome in the Park provided they are not of an aggressive breed. Any exceptions must be approved by management. Management has the right to refuse any pet, we feel we may be of danger to any resident, guest, or other pet. - Pets are limited to (2) per unit unless otherwise approved. Management reserves the right to revoke pet privileges at any time. - All pet owners must provide proof of current vaccinations and rabies shots. We have a PET RUN for our furry friends. No pet will be allowed to enter the run without vaccination proof, including Bordetella (kennel cough). A copy must be on file in the office. - Do not allow any pet to go onto another resident's lot. - Keep your pet “short leashed” at 6-foot max length until you reach a “dog relief” area. - Please clean up after your pet immediately whether it’s on your lot or elsewhere. - Do not allow pets to use leaf piles as a “relief spot” Humans pick up those leaves. - Do not tie or leave your pet outside your unit unattended. - Excessive barking will not be tolerated.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
