Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-in Procedure - Check-In: 1:00 pm - Check Out: 11:00 am - If you are going to arrive after hours, please notify resort staff before 5:00 pm. - Payment must be made in full before arrival, and our resort staff will email/call you with instructions on how to access your site. - If you arrive after office hours, please check in at the office before 10 a.m. the following morning. - There are no late check-outs. - Failure to leave before check-out time will result in a charge for an extra day’s stay. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates/Payment - A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. - Balance must be paid at or before check-in. RV site rates are based on 5-person occupancy, other occupancy rates are noted in the rental unit description. - Each additional person over the age of 5 years is $15.00/night. - Rates are for one camping unit plus one vehicle. - All rates are subject to change without notice. - Any coupons, discounts, or other offers must be stated & presented at the time your reservation is made and presented upon check-in. - There are no refunds for early departures. Failure to pay in advance for occupancy or failure to comply with the rules and regulations currently in effect are grounds for removal from the park without refund and refusal of future admittance. When you book a reservation, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the nightly rate, applicable fees, taxes, and any other items identified during checkout. In addition to these terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the reservation, including without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the reservation or during checkout that apply to the reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to booking a reservation. You are also responsible for paying all reasonable damage claim amounts necessary to cover damage that you, your guest(s), or your pet(s) cause to an accommodation, and you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times. Extended Stay - The max length of reservation or stay for an RV site is 6 months (max 180 days). - Stays may be extended in increments of no more than 6 months (180 days) with management approval but will be dependent upon management’s sole discretion and availability of sites. - Any reservation or stay longer than 30 days will be subject to our Extended Stay rules, policies, and procedures. - Monthly rates are based on a 30-day stay and payment is due in advance and is based upon the original occupants on the extended stay application. - Extended Stay guests receive two (2) free vehicle passes. - Management approval is required for extended stays. - Guests 18 years of age and older must complete a criminal background check once a year and must fill out and sign an Extended Stay Agreement. - Proof of RV registration and insurance is mandatory for all extended stays and is expected to adhere to our Extended Stay Program rules, policies, and procedures. - Extended Stay is subject to application and application fee. - See Guest Services for program specifics and site availability. Occupancy Policy - Only one camping vehicle is permitted per site. - A maximum number of occupants per RV site is 8 people. RV Age & Appearance Policy - RVs 10 years and older are subject to prior management approval. - You may be asked to submit a photo of your RV for prior approval. - Pop-up trailers and truck bed/cabover campers are not permitted. - Failure to obtain prior approval or misrepresenting the age and/or condition of your RV will result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit. - All RV’s must be in good working order and good appearance and condition, RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) Certified, and function as it was originally designed. - In addition, all its components should be intact and not unsightly, free of damage, duct tape, repair tape, construction material, and excessive caulking. - Any non-RVIA vehicles such as buses, box trucks, or storage trailers converted into recreational vehicles must get management approval before arrival. Sewer Policy - All connections require an airtight rubber seal ring. - A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. - Dumping of any wastewater on the ground is strictly prohibited and will result in a violation and fine. Indemnification/Damages - TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUEST HEREBY INDEMNIFIES, RELEASES, AND AGREES TO PROTECT AND HOLD HARMLESS CAMPGROUND, ITS OFFICERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (“CAMPGROUND PARTIES”), FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION for damage or injury or death to persons or property occurring on and/or arising out of Guest’s use of the RV Site, including, but not limited to, any claims or causes of action caused by or resulting from (i) the negligence and/or concurrent negligence of Lessor or its partners, or the agents, officers, or employees of Lessor or its partners, AND/OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO GUEST’S USE OF THE RV SITE, CAMPGROUND’S PROPERTY, AND/OR ANY CONDITION THEREON, WITHOUT LIMIT AND REGARD TO THE CAUSE OR CAUSES THEREOF OR THE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF CAMPGROUND PARTIES. This Section shall survive the termination of this Agreement. Property Damage Policies. - Two Creeks Crossing Resort is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, accidents, and Acts of God. - Guests and their visitors agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred by reasons of injury to persons or property, or both, or their family or visitors arising from the use of our facilities. - Guests understand that use of our facilities, rental, or property involves a certain degree of risk of loss, injury, or damage to a person or property, and their family and guests assume all risk of loss, injury, or damage to the person or property resulting from such use. - We are not responsible for any injury or damage to the person or property of guests or their family and visitors resulting from such use of our facility, amenities, or property. - Guests assume full financial responsibility for all damages and destruction that they, their guests, or pets cause to any property within Two Creeks Crossing Resort. - All sites are inspected upon arrival and departure. If you, your guest(s), or your pet(s) cause damage to Two Creeks Crossing Resort property, Two Creeks Crossing Resort will determine in its sole discretion the amount of the damage claim and you are responsible for the damage claim via the payment method we have on file. - Two Creeks Crossing Resort can collect the amount of damages from you. - You agree that Two Creeks Crossing Resort may seek to recover from you under any insurance policies you maintain and that Two Creeks Crossing Resort may also pursue against you any remedies it may have available under applicable law, including referral of the matter to a collections agency, and/or pursuit of available causes of action and/or claims against you. - You agree to cooperate in good faith, provide any information Two Creeks Crossing Resort requests, execute documents, and take further reasonable action, in connection with damage claims, complaints, claims under insurance policies, or other claims related to your provision or use Two Creeks Crossing Resort facilities. Security - Two Creeks Crossing Resort and its staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Please report any problems with your site to Guest Services immediately. - Two Creeks Crossing Resort adheres to and maintains all state, county, and local laws on our property. Minimum Age Requirements - The minimum age to reserve a stay is 21. - The person booking the reservation must be present at the time of check-in. - They must also be present and on the site with the camping equipment during the duration of the stay. Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in the cabins, yurts, or tents. - Pets are welcome at the RV sites, but please always pick up after them, keep them leashed, and be kind and considerate. - Limit two (2) household pets per site. Pets are prohibited in any building, restroom, pool area, or common area. - Do not wash your pets in the bathrooms. - Do not leave pets unattended at any time. - Ground tie-downs, tying pets to tables and trees, and keeping them caged outside, are not permitted. - Pets must be brought in at night. - Aggressive behavior and excessive barking will not be tolerated and will be asked to be removed from the resort. - Exotic pets, farm animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles, or insects are prohibited. - All pets must wear a collar identifying the owner and phone. Guest Services Hours - 8:00 am–8:00 pm. Pool Policy - Pool/Spa Hours: 10:00 am–8:00 pm. - Guests must abide by all posted pool/spa rules at all times. - There is no lifeguard on duty; guests use the pool and spa at their own risk. - Children 12 years of age and under MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times in the pool area. - No glass containers are allowed at the pool. - Proper swimwear is required. - No cotton or jean material. Infants not potty trained must wear a swimming diaper. - The pool and spa may be closed occasionally for maintenance and special events. Alcohol Policy - Drunken and obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated. - The legal age for alcohol consumption in Texas is 21 years of age. - Underage possession or consumption of alcohol is not allowed. Site Policy - Management has the right to conduct inspections of all sites. - The manager has sole discretion when any determination is made. - Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter. Outside water heaters, refrigerators, permanent furniture, children’s toys, indoor carpet, inflatable swimming pools, ‘For Sale’ signs, storage boxes, trash cans, window units, and extra air conditioners, tarps, and buckets are not allowed outside the RV. Clotheslines are not allowed. - Any tie-downs must be tied to the guest’s rig and confined to the guest’s campsite pad and may not be attached to trees, bushes, standpipes, or other buildings. - Hanging or attaching anything to a pedestal is prohibited. Please ensure that all electric cords, sewer lines, water hoses, and cables are kept in a neat and orderly fashion. Wifi Policy - Complimentary Wi-fi will be provided at RV sites and Cabin Rentals (excluding yurts, treehouses, and glamping/expedition tents), however, is not guaranteed. - Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse and Clubhouse Business Center. - Two Creeks Crossing Resort is not liable or responsible for interruptions of Wi-Fi services. Campfires Policy - Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits only. - Management may restrict campfires when hazardous conditions exist. - Firewood is available for sale at Guest Services in the Clubhouse. - Gathering wood from the resort property is prohibited, and no outside firewood is allowed. (This protects our trees from harmful insects and pests that could be brought into the property.) - Please do not have an open campfire during burn bans. - No campfires are allowed at the cabins, yurts, or expedition tents. - Violators are subject to citations and fines. - Two Creeks Crossing Resort assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred. Emergencies - Call 911 in the event of an emergency. - In the event of extreme fire hazards or inclement weather, precautionary measures, evacuations, or closures may be ordered by the resort staff. - For the safety of guests and staff, guests are expected to comply immediately with all requests and evacuation plans. Park Disclaimer - Sleeping in a passenger car, truck bed, or utility trailer is prohibited. - Guests may use the resort for recreational reasons only and may not set up a permanent residence. - Profanity or violence towards our staff will not be tolerated. - The use of firearms of any kind, bow & arrows, slingshots, and air guns, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. - Management reserves the right to change or add to the Resort Rules and Regulations at any time. - Do not cut/trim trees or vegetation. - Please notify Guest Services of any concerns. ACTIVITY SCHEDULE Two Creeks Crossing Resort offers a full array of planned activities throughout the year. Although we do our best to ensure activities are held as planned, we cannot plan for the unexpected. Activity schedules are subject to change with little to no notice. Photographs, Recordings, and Publicity Rights - By staying at Two Creeks Crossing Resort, you may appear in audio, visual, and/or audiovisual media recordings and images related to promotional or documentary materials for the resort. - By entering our property, you consent to your appearance and the appearance of your children in such recordings, images, and materials, and you waive any publicity rights or other rights you may have in such recordings, images, and materials and the use of such recordings, images, and materials by Promoters for any purpose without any compensation to you. - Those uses will not be sold and will only be used by Two Creeks Crossing Resort in its promotions and marketing, and may include, but are not limited to, transcription, modification, reproduction, public display, printing, uploading to websites, distribution, broadcast, and transmission in any form. - You release Promoters from and waive any claims related to the making and/or use of any such images, recordings, and materials. Marketing Information - By making this reservation you agree to sign up for Two Creeks Crossing Resort’s newsletter and allow the use of your email and phone number for marketing purposes. - Your information will not be sold and will be used by Two Creeks Crossing Resort only. Smoking Policy - Two Creeks Crossing Resort endorses a clean and healthy environment. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in or within 10 feet of any building, pool area, common area, or rental unit. Solicitation Policy - Solicitation is strictly prohibited at Two Creeks Crossing Resort. - No guest shall offer or display goods or services for sale. - The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind, and holding events or demonstrations for commercial purposes of any kind are prohibited. - Photography, videotaping, or recording of any kind for commercial purposes is not allowed. - Management reserves all rights to amend and revise these rules at any time. - Determinations made in enforcing or interpreting these rules and regulations are the sole discretion of management. Temporary Structures - Temporary structures such as tents, portable canopies, and screened enclosures are prohibited, other than for hourly use (not overnight) in picnic and recreation areas if they do not impede other guests from using and enjoying the recreation area. - Structure must be taken down and removed immediately after use. - Awnings must be commercially designed and attached to your rig. - Tarps rigged as an awning are not allowed. No structural additions shall be built. Trash Policy - Please dispose of your bagged garbage, doggie waste, cigarette butts, BBQ ashes, and litter in the dumpsters. - Please refer to the resort map for dumpster locations. - If a dumpster is full, please locate a dumpster that is not full to dispose of your trash. - Please do not leave trash on the ground outside of the dumpsters or outside of your RV or rental unit. - Do not dispose of hot charcoal on the ground or in the dumpsters. - Please wait until it is cool. Quiet Time - Quiet time hours are between 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. - Please turn off any outdoor TVs, radios, amplified sound, and lower voices to a whisper to allow your neighbors a good night’s rest. - Generators are not allowed. - Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. - Please keep the music levels to a minimum. - Music must only be able to be heard at your campsite or in your vicinity at the pool and no further. - We want all our guests to enjoy their stay. Vehicle Policy - All vehicles must have valid registration & insurance. - Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc. - Each RV site and rental unit, other than cabins and Deluxe RV sites, comes with one (1) free vehicle pass. - Cabins and Deluxe RV sites come with two (2) free vehicle passes. - Valid vehicle passes must be displayed at all times. - Vehicle passes are not transferable between different cars or guests unless you bring your original parking pass into the office to get a new one. - If you lose your pass, you will need to purchase a new pass. - No UTV/ATVs, 3 or 4 Wheelers, go-carts, or dirt bikes, or similar vehicles (licensed or unlicensed). - Motorcycles may be driven as transportation in and out of the resort and driven at idle speed when traveling through the resort. - Please do not cruise the resort on a motorcycle. - Personal golf carts are permitted and must adhere to all traffic rules. - Only licensed drivers are allowed to operate golf carts on the property. - Golf Carts must be kept in good working condition and must not be unsightly. - Drive only on the roads, do not drive on the grass, fields, or sidewalks. - Electric scooters are allowed and must follow all traffic rules. - Cargo and storage trailers are not permitted in the resort without prior management approval. - Guests must register their trailers at the Guest Services Desk when they arrive. - A fee of $15 per day will be charged when you register and the approved cargo or storage trailer must be parked in the overflow parking near the clubhouse on a short-term basis. - Small flatbed trailers hauling golf carts and other small vehicles may be parked at the rental unit if there is space available. - If no space is available at the rental unit site, then the trailer must be parked at the overflow parking and will be charged the overflow parking daily rate. Speed Limit - Please observe the posted 5 mph speed limit at all times throughout the resort. Parking Policy - Vehicles must be parked in a registered guest’s RV site or a designated parking spot. - Please drive only on roads. Do not drive or park on the grass or fields. - Please do not park in empty RV sites at any time. Overnight sleeping is forbidden in a non-camping vehicle. - Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas or blocking sites will be towed at the owner’s expense or charged the daily rate for the illegally occupied campsite. - Vehicle repairs and maintenance are not permitted on your site. - Additional vehicles must be registered, parked at your site or in designated overflow parking areas, display a Vehicle Pass, and is subject to a $15.00 /day fee per vehicle. Boat Policy - Register your boat with Guest Services upon check-in. - Boat trailers must either be parked in your assigned space or designated parking areas. - If your boat/trailer cannot park on your site then you will need to purchase an extra vehicle parking pass. - A boat launch fee of $10 will be collected at the time of registration. -Once the registration/boat launch fee is paid, use of the boat launch ramp is included for the duration of your stay. Washing RV - Only waterless cleaning systems are allowed to be used on the property. - Check with Guest Services for more information. Visitors Policy - Campers and guests at Two Creeks Crossing Resort may receive visitors during their stay. - All visitors must register at Guest Services in the Clubhouse before entry into the resort. - There is a $20/day fee per visitor. Holiday rates may apply. - Any unregistered visitors/vehicles will be asked to leave the property and/or will be towed at the owner’s expense. - Campers are responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests/visitors. - Even if your visitor will be here only a short time and does not intend to utilize the facilities, they still need to check in at The Guest Services Desk located in the Clubhouse. - The combined total number of guests and visitors may not exceed the maximum occupancy of the guest’s site. - For RV sites and extended stays, the maximum number of visitors and registered guests may not exceed a combined total of eight. Water Rentals - See our guest services staff in the Clubhouse for all water rentals. - A Waiver of Liability and Rental Agreement must be signed before the use of any water rental or amenity. Day Use - Two Creeks Crossing Resort and its amenities are only available to registered overnight guests and their registered visitors.

The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
