To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 9 am-5 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - Please stop by the office to check in. For after-hours accommodations and no one is present in the office, please give us a call. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Time Hours - 10 pm until 8 am. Monthly Reservations - RV can not be older than 10 years. Speed Limit - Speed limit within the park is 7 MPH. Emergency Line - For any campground emergencies, please call 817-733-4905. Pet Policies - No aggressive breeds allowed at the park and please keep pets leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
