Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Please proceed directly to the office upon arrival. - We will sign waivers, provide you with a park map, and help direct you to your site. - If you anticipate arriving outside of our regular check-in hours, please give us a call in advance to make arrangements for a late check-in. - Check-In: 12 pm (noon) - 5 pm - Check-Out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision for spot placement. Site and Parking Policy - Sites must be kept neat. - No extra storage or clutter will be allowed. - Exterior furnishings must be appropriate for outdoor/ camping use. - Do not use your site as a repair shop. Payment Policy - All payments are collected electronically through the website. Payment Fixture Policy - Any fixture( steps, handrails, patio enclosure, etc.) must have prior owner approval before being added to the site. RV Condition Policy - All RVs must be in good working order and clean. - Rv’s not maintained to the owner’s standard will be asked to leave the park. Children Policy - Young Children must be supervised by an adult. Firearms Policy - Absolutely NO discharge of firearms or fireworks is permitted at the Park. Campfire Policy - All Campfires must be in designated firepits or portable outdoor firepits. - The Park abides by county rules and will notify if a burn ban is in place. Water Policy - Texas Hill Country water is a precious commodity, Please make sure your hoses do not leak and alert management of any leaks. Sewer Policy - Where sewer is provided, we ask that guests use a donut that provides a good seal and prevents odors. - Do not dump waste water. Electricity Policy - Monthly rate customers will be charged .13 per kilw hour. - No charge for daily/weekly guests. Laundry Policy - The laundry room is provided for RV guests only. - Please help us keep the laundry room clean. - No large comforters or pet bedding machines. Trash Policy - The dumpster is provided for residents only, and for regular household items. Pets Policy - We are a pet-friendly park. - Pets must be on a leash. - Please pick up your pet immediately. - Pets are not to be left outside without an owner present. - No aggressive dogs are allowed. Quiet Hours Policy - Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am. Speed Limit Policy - Speed Limit- SLOW 5 MPH.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
