To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 2 pm - 6 pm - Check-Out: 12 pm (noon) - Please get in touch with us for late check-ins we might be able to accommodate you. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campground Policy - Clean your site before you leave, a fee may apply if left in disarray. - Maintain fires in designated areas only and put your fires out when unattended. - Burn only paper products in campfires, no burning of plastics, Styrofoam, etc. Quiet Hours Policy - Respect quiet hours 10:30 pm to 8 am. - Don't cut through campsites, respect others' space. Washing Policy - Don't wash dishes or clothing in the Shower house. Pet Policy - Clean up after your pets, a fee may apply if you don't. - Maintain control of your pets at all times, if not you may be asked to leave the Resort. Prohibited/Safety Policy - If you see a hazard or potential hazard, leave the area immediately and report it to Staff. - Respect the Resort property and other camper's personal property. - No firearms or fireworks. Vehicle Limit Policy - Two vehicles per campsite max. Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by The Woodlands Acres Campground and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 7 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 3 days prior, then 2 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
