Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 2 pm - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 am - Early arrival or late check-out must be approved by the park office (Additional fees may apply). - We require as part of the registration process that all adults 18 and older must provide a copy of their Driver's License. - Contact the park office if after-hours check-in is needed (Additional fees may apply). - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - A 10 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Solicitation Policy - Solicitation or signs for the sale of products/services will not be allowed. Trash Policy - All trash must be deposited in Community dumpsters. - No storage of trash on sites. RV Site Policy - All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition. - RVs 10 years or older must be approved by Park management. - No tent camping or sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV. - No open campfires allowed. - Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills and manufactured above-ground fire pits are permitted. - All water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks, and sewer hoses must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Excessive noise/nuisances created by guests/visitors will not be tolerated. - An after-hour disturbance fee may be assessed for any calls received. Park Culture - Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons on RV Park property. - Obnoxious, profane, abusive, or threatening language, behavior, and/or actions directed at RV Park personnel or guests, or that could adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facility is prohibited; anyone engaging in such activity will be required to leave the Park immediately without a refund at the sole discretion of Park management. Registration and Payments Policy - Registration and payment are due immediately upon arrival. - No exceptions. - Payment methods accepted are Cash, Visa, and MasterCard On your day of departure, to assure the full return of the deposit, leave the site pad in a clean condition, free of all trash, debris, and any personal property. - The initial “Move-In” deposit will be applied towards your final electric bill, any other outstanding balances, and cleaning fees. - Any remaining amount of the deposit will be refunded to you. Refunds and Reservation Policy - Reservation is viewed as a “two-way” agreement. - We hold the space, which you have reserved, turning away all future requests, in return for payment of your deposit. - No refunds once payment is processed. - Only credit for future stays within 30 days of arrival. - There are no refunds for early departure or acts of GOD. Site Occupancy Policy - Every RV site includes four people and two vehicles at the rate. - Any additional persons are $20 per person per night up to a maximum of six (6). - Stays longer than 14 nights require a background check for all adults 18 and older. RV Policies - All RVs must be fully self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition. - RVs 10 years or older must be approved by Park management. - Repairs or maintenance on RVs or vehicles are not permitted on site. - All driveable vehicles must be current with registration. - All persons must have a valid driver’s license to operate any motorized vehicle on the Park property including golf carts. Parking and Vehicle Policy - No parking on the street or on the grass. - Park your vehicle in your assigned site only. - Any vehicle parked in a vacant site without management approval will be charged for the space at the daily rate. - The operation of motorized scooters, ATVs, minibikes, or any unlicensed motorized vehicle is prohibited on Park property. - Golf carts must be well maintained and compliant with local laws. Children Policy - Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision in all common areas. - Children must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times. - Skateboards and in-line skates are not permitted inside the Park. Visitors Policy - Visitors must comply with all Park Rules & Regulations. - You are responsible for the safety and conduct of your children and visiting guests. Smoking Policy - Dispose of smoking materials in proper receptacles. - Do not throw them on the ground. - This includes your site area. - Smoking is prohibited in any Park building. Alcohol & Drugs - No alcohol is permitted in any common area (unless approved by management). - Texas 6 RV Park, or any of its representatives, staff, or owner will NOT be responsible for people of any age driving while under the influence. - No criminal or drug-related activity in or near the Park will be tolerated. Firearms Policy - Absolutely no discharge or use of firearms or fireworks is allowed. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
