To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 pm - 6 pm. - Check-Out: 11 am. - Please contact the office upon arrival and we’ll direct you to your site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Tent/Van Sites - Our tent sites are not only perfect for traditional camping but also accommodate vans. Extra Vehicles - Boats, ATVs, motorcycles, golf carts, and other similar vehicles are considered additional or extra vehicles. Pet Policy - Pets are required to be under the owner's control at all times. - Please ensure effective control of excessive barking. - Pets are not permitted to be left alone at any time. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to cancellations@spot2nite.com or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
