To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-in Procedure - Check-in is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. - No refunds on early departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Fees - All reservations have a small service fee, including linens, towels, and pool access for all guests. - Prices are based on the number of people shown in the icons above (additional person/s charges will apply). - Prices are subject to change without notice. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. - Please be courteous to your neighbors and other guests throughout your stay. Pet Policy - We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets may not disturb other guests and must be cleaned up after by owners. - Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside. - Pets may not be left unattended outside, even on the site. - There is a maximum of two pets per reservation with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per reservation. - Pets are the responsibility of the owner. - Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. - All pets must also be up to date on vaccines and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. - All pet owners must keep their pets on a leash at all times when outside, except for the dog park area. - No pets are to be left outside the cottage unattended at any time. - You may not leave them tied, crated, or fenced outside while on the resort property. - Pets must not be a nuisance to the resort or its guests. - Constant barking, growling, or destruction of property will not be tolerated. - Pet owners must clean up after their pets. - This includes the guest’s sites, dog park areas, and public areas. - Pets should not be walked in or around other cottage sites at any time. - If there is a pet mess on your site, we will assume it’s from your pet. - In the case that other pet owners are leaving pet messes on your site please notify the front desk so that we may address and inform them of our policies. Children - Children must not walk pets unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No Smoking - All cottages are non-smoking. - There is no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted within the accommodations. - When accommodations are inspected and smoking has been discovered, a fee of $250.00 will be charged for cleaning. - Any violation of these provisions or overall resort policy will be considered a breach of contract; tenancy will immediately be terminated, and the tenant will forfeit the right to any refund. - Smoking is prohibited in our rentals, indoor facilities, common areas, or outdoor amenities. - Smoking is allowed on your own site as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol and Illegal Drugs - Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking-age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. - Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. - Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
