Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in time 12 pm. - Check-out time is 11 am. - Upon check-in, please proceed directly to your site. - If you need more time, you must let us know ASAP, as space may be limited. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Trash Policy - Do not leave trash on site. - Dumpsters are located in the park. Pet Policy - All pets must be on a leash and contained by the owner at all times. - Please pick up after your pet and keep it on a leash while outside. - You must always clean up after your pet. - Any barking dogs must be attended to in order to keep from disturbing others. - Do not tie pets to electric pedestals or trees. - Do not leave pets outside your RV unattended. Electricity - You are required to use a quality surge protector before plugging in electricity. Sewer - You must use the screw-in adapter when hooking up to the sewer. Clotheslines - No clotheslines. Vehicle and Parking Policy - Washing vehicles or RV is not permitted. - Do not park in the grass. Firearms and Fireworks - Discharging of firearms and/or fireworks is strictly prohibited. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Running Generators is prohibited at any time. - Loud music or TV loud enough to hear outside is not permissible. Emergency - Report any accidents to the manager immediately at 417-207-7134. Long Term Tenants - Rent is due promptly, no later than the 1st of each month, by cash, check, or card. - Make all checks out to “Caravan RV LLC.” A $5 late fee will be charged per day starting the 2nd. - Lease termination will be in effect starting the 8th of the month. Campground Disclaimer - Park owners and/or management are not responsible for damages. - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Caravan RV and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - Please contact Caravan RV for more details.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
