To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

Check-In Procedure - Check-in: RV sites 1:00 pm / Cabins 3:00 pm. - Check out: 11:00 am Inquire with the office if you would like a late checkout out or to extend your stay. - Cabin and RV rental check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. RV sites check-in time is from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Upon arrival, please go directly to your site/rental unit. If you plan to arrive later than 8 p.m., please let us know in advance. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Campground Facilities - All facilities are used at your own risk. - Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of themselves, their children, and visitors, and are financially responsible for any damage caused. Hunters - Make sure you know which areas/land you are allowed on while hunting, fishing, and riding off-road vehicles. - No trespassing on private property will be tolerated by those owners, and your conduct while staying at Leaning Pines Campground and Cabins should reflect positively within our community. Wildlife - Do not approach wildlife. - The campground is not responsible for any injuries. Water use - In order to conserve our well, no washing vehicles or RVs on the property. Trash - Do not leave trash bags outside for wildlife to rummage through. - Trash cans are provided at the front of the property - please only put bagged trash in them. Fires - Permitted in provided metal rings only. - No grills on tables or under cabin porches. - Please extinguish fires completely when done. - No trash, cans, or glass thrown in rings. Cleaning Station - Clean up after use and dispose of remains appropriately. - Do not throw in the woods behind the building. Laundry - Coin-operated washer/dryer available with a coin machine. - Please keep the door shut and lights off when not in use. - Be courteous of fellow camper’s time and do not leave laundry unattended. Atmosphere - Please remember this is a family-friendly campground. - No vulgarities, belligerent behavior, or excessive drinking will be tolerated. - Be considerate of your neighbors. Pets - Dogs must be kept on a leash and under your control at all times, owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. Fireworks - Fireworks prohibited. Firearms - Appropriate gun safety must be implemented at all times as there are children staying at this campground. - Ensure safety is on before entering property gates. - No discharging of firearms on the property whatsoever. Smoking - No smoking or vaping in any of the buildings, including cabins – if found, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. - Do not toss cigarette butts or chew pouches on the ground. Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

Leaning Pines Campground and Cabins Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
