Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 3 pm - 7 pm. - Check-out is 11 am. - Please arrive at the check-in time or later. - When you check in to the store with us, we need to provide you with the gate code and vehicle tags, as well as help you fill out the vehicle form. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cans and Glass Bottles - No 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐬 or 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐬 in 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 or 𝐁𝐁𝐐 𝐏𝐢𝐭𝐬. - We clean out the pits/rings every turnaround. - If we find there are cans or glass in the rings or pits 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 $𝟏𝟎𝟎.𝟎𝟎 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞. - Additionally, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. - Please understand we work hard to make your rental a nice one to come to. - You would not like to see bottle caps on the ground when you arrive. - Please understand we are a small company and do not have the manpower to pick up every bottle cap and trash on the ground through check-in and check-out so before throwing your trash on the ground think twice as 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐰𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐝 $𝟏.𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 $𝟏𝟎.𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 $𝟏.𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. - If you see one on the ground be kind and pick it up. Houses and Cabins Policy 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 - Anyone found willfully damaging our properties will be required to vacate the Property. - If necessary, local law enforcement will be notified. - See exit clean-up below for more details. Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed inside Get Your Frio On homes or bathhouses. - Each home has a specific place for cigarette butts. - Please use it and clean it out at the exit. Pet Policy - No pets are allowed in this GYFO home. - We have appointed Cabins that are pet-friendly. - Violation of this policy will result in an automatic $100 charge to the credit card on file. - The owner/owners of the pet will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. - Please keep your pets on a leash; no aggressive breeds are allowed. - We work with you it is just a lot of electricity if you leave your dog in the camper all day with a/c running. - If you bring your dog on vacation, then take your dog with you where you go. - A maximum of 2 pets is allowed on the cabin, with each pet weighing no more than 20 pounds 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐘𝐅𝐎 - 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐬 - 2 pets per Cabin. $50.00 per pet in cabin. - Please keep your dog on a leash & pick up after your pet. - Dispose of the Trash at once. - No mean breeds. - Dog weight 15 lbs or less. - Any loud barking that disturbs another guest on the property – After 2nd complaint, GYFO will have the right to ask you and your pet to leave with no refund. Vehicle Policy - Please check into the Store Front when you arrive. - We will have vehicle tags for your vehicles to show you are guests here at our place. Lost Items - Fees: $10/per lost key; if your home has horseshoes $20.00; if your home has volleyball $10.00 (𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐟 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝) Responsible Party - 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝟐𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐠𝐞 and will be required to stay at home during the entire reservation period. - No exceptions. - Please be prepared to provide your driver’s license at check-in. - GYFO’s intent is to provide a vacation home to family-oriented groups. - Each reservation request will be evaluated to meet the standards we expect. - 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: 𝐈𝐟 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥-𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 (𝟏𝟖 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬+) 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐆𝐔𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐒 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐁𝐄 𝟐𝟓 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐑 𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑! Exit Clean-up - Renters will be expected to remove all food items from the refrigerator. - All dishes must be cleaned and put away. - Trash must be gathered and placed in the outdoor receptacles provided. - Upon inspection of the property following your stay, GYFO reserves the right to charge for any additional services required to return the property to the state it was in before your arrival. - Excess garbage, broken fixtures or furniture, missing amenities, and damage to property resulting from gross negligence are examples of chargeable items. - The additional fee will be charged to the credit card on file. - 𝐁𝐘 𝐀𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 & 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒, 𝐆𝐘𝐅𝐎, 𝐈𝐒 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐎 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐓 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒 𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐕𝐄. River Policy - The Frio River is our most treasured asset. - Littering and glass containers are not allowed in or near the Frio River. - 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐚 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨-𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲. - Up 2 U mesh bags are supplied free of charge. Hunters - To 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐩 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐬 please dispose of feathers and remains off property! Fire Policy - No fires are allowed other than in fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, or BBQ pits. - Burn bans will be enforced. Property Damages - Anyone found willfully damaging our properties will be required to vacate the Property. - If necessary, local law enforcement will be notified. See exit cleanup below for more details. Respect your Neighbors - 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦. - Respect your neighbor’s privacy as you would your own. - If reported to us or the local law enforcement, GYFO reserves the right to review the situation, which could result in an eviction from the premises. Quiet Time - No refund will be issued for early departure “Quiet Time” Is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am in all GYFO rental properties. Personal Conduct - Offensive language or behavior, use of illegal drugs, and underage drinking will not be tolerated, and can be escorted off GYFO property by police Group Activities - Get Your Frio On promote family vacation stays. - We expect minors to be supervised by adults, noise levels kept within reason, and no public intoxication. ATV/Off-Road Vehicles - 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 and 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 are allowed on the GYFO Resort Roads only – 𝟒 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬 of any kind are only allowed on GYFO Resort during Hunting Season. - 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐬 are not allowed at all on GYFO Resort Property. Firearms - No discharge of firearms of any kind is allowed including BB Guns and slingshots. Confetti - Confetti eggs and confetti, water balloons; silly string; NONE allowed in or around any GYFO home or cabin – MIN. - $100 clean-up fee. Pools - Any type or size of the portable swimming pool; slip and slide; is not allowed at any of the GYFO rental properties. Occupancy - All of our homes have a maximum number of occupants allowed. - This will be strictly enforced and those violating this restriction will be required to vacate. - 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 all limited and 𝐆𝐘𝐅𝐎 must be notified when day guests are coming. - Tent camping is allowed at the RV Site with this Camper. Home with Pools 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝟏𝟎.𝟏.𝟏𝟖 - All renters, visitors, and guests of 𝑮et 𝒀our 𝑭rio 𝑶n Division of 𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙄𝙂𝙊 𝙍𝙄𝘿𝙂𝙀, 𝙇𝙇𝘾 rental properties with a pool will assume all risks associated with the swimming pools located on these properties. - Renters, visitors, and guests will also waive all liability from 𝑮et 𝒀our 𝑭rio 𝑶n associated with any accident or action that may occur in the swimming pool located on the noted properties above. - You will always be expected to provide supervision to all children during your stay and abide by all warning signage or notices on the property. - The gate to the pool will always be kept closed. - 𝙏his is a no diving! - Anyone found diving in the pool or jumping from the fences, balconies, or other structures will be asked to vacate the premises at once. - All toys, balls, and foreign objects should be removed each day from the pool to eliminate possible blockage of the skimmer. - Damage to the pool, due to your negligence, will be the renter's responsibility. - Our concern is the safety of our renters and guests during your stay with 𝑮et 𝒀our 𝑭rio 𝑶n. Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 14 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 7 days prior, then 6 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to cancellations@spot2nite.com or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
