Electric, HVAC, and Fans - Each accommodation is outfitted with both Electricity, Fans, and HVACs. - Although they are professionally serviced, they are a piece of technology that can fail at times. - We will do our very best to get a licensed professional out to service the failed unit within 24hrs on the weekdays and 48hrs on the weekends. - We do offer a refund if the Timberline Glamping insurance is purchased when failures happen and we are not able to resolve them in the given time periods above. - If Timberline Glamping Insurance is not purchased, a refund or a credit cannot be issued for electrical outages, fan failures, or HVAC failures. Glamping Policy - We find it is better to set everyone's expectations properly before they come to Glamping. - You will have a very comfortable bed with proper linens. - You will have places to sit, places to eat, and places to charge your phone. - You will still be able to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee from a Keurig Coffee Maker. - We do provide heaters in the winter and air conditioners in the summer, but remember this is a tent with a canvas exterior. - The heating and cooling will be just enough to take the edge off, but will not have the same effect as a home. - In the summer months, we recommend keeping the doors and windows closed. - In colder weather, it is important to bring warm clothing. - Although the HVACs and Fans are quite resilient, they are a piece of technology that can have issues from time to time. - When this happens, please let us know and we will do our best to have someone come out and address the issue. - Weekends and Holidays can be difficult to have someone come out, but we will do our best. RV Tips and Policies Water Conservation - While a 40 40-gallon tank may seem like a lot, it can be used up quite quickly if you are having everyone shower in the RV. - The RVs get emptied once a day, if the sinks or showers are not draining, this is an indication that the tank is full and you should immediately stop using water until the tanks are emptied. - If you need an additional pump, you can reach out and we will have the mobile dump station come and empty the tanks for an additional fee (this is done by a third party so availability is based upon someone else). Pots and Pans - The unit now comes equipped with pots, pans, eating utensils, plates and bowls. - Thank you for cleaning, drying, and putting away all dishes that you use, before you leave. - Unfortunately, we do have to charge you an additional $150 fee if there are any dirty, wet, or missing dishes left behind or removed. - Thank you for your understanding. Awning - Although each RV comes with an awning, we ask that guests do not put the awnings out. - Oftentimes, guests will want to put the awnings out to get out of the rain, but this is how they break. - When too much water builds up on the awning the bars holding up the awning will buckle under the weight of the rainwater. - Wind is also an awning killer. - If this rule is ignored and you put the awning out, you will be responsible for any damage that happens to the awning during or after your stay (up until 3 pm the day of your checkout). - RV Awnings are not to be put out or used. Towels - We do not offer towels with the rentals but if you add the complete camp kitchen, towels are included with the rental. Gift Card Policy - Gift Certificates purchased at the Lake Lanier Shady Grove location must be used at the Lake Lanier Shady Grove location unless a transfer is requested via email prior to purchasing. - Gift Certificates never expire. If you need to have the expiration date extended on a gift certificate that you purchased, you may write us and request an extension. - Any Promotional items being offered only apply to the Lake Lanier location. - Camp Credits and Charitable Donations can only be redeemed at the Lake Lanier - Shady Grove location. - The expiration dates may not be extended on both Camp Credits and Charitable Donations. Balances - All Balances are due at 100% 14 days prior to their arrival and will be charged to the card on file. - If the card on file becomes invalid, the guest agrees they will reach out to Timberline Glamping 14 days prior to their arrival. - If Timberline Glamping has an issue collecting the payment in full, Timberline Glamping may reach out. - If arrangements have not been made within 3 days, Timberline Glamping can cancel the reservation at that time. - No refunds of the deposit will be tendered to the guests if they fail to make arrangements with Timberline Glamping after being contacted. Campground Disclaimer - Timberline glamping at Lake Lanier is subject to the rules of Shady Grove Campground. - You will still be in the outdoors, so you will still see animals, bugs, mosquitos, etc. - We do have our accommodations professionally treated each month, but occasionally you will still get visitors. - It is all a part of camping. - If you get a visitor that you are not comfortable with, please send us a text or email and we will try our best to have someone come out as soon as possible. - Unfortunately, having professionals come out on the weekends and holidays can be rather difficult. - Most Importantly, you will have a chance to re-imagine the world around you as you make special memories with family and friends. - We do not issue refunds or camp credits related to things that are out of our control such as weather or bugs. - We do our best to keep everyone safe and comfortable, but glamping is still camping.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
