Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure RV Camping - Check-in is after 3:00 pm. - Check-out is before 2:00 pm. Cabin - Check-in is after 3:00 pm - Check-out is before 10:00 am. - Early check-in and late check-out requests will be charged $20 per additional hour requested. - We reserve the right to remove your property to facilitate our preparations for the next guest’s arrival. - Anyone under 21 years of age must be at their site or cabin between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am or be accompanied by an adult. - All of your visitors must register at the office (Minnesota state requirement) - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pets - Pets are NOT allowed in the cabins. - Pets accompanying an RV stay must be leashed at all times when not inside the camper. - There is no additional charge to bring your pet during your RV stay. - Pets must be leashed at all times. - Pick up your pet, and place it in the dumpster. - Dogs may not be left unattended inside/outside the camper if they may bark or whine. - Occasional barking or whining from a dog is not unusual, but if it is frequent or constant, we will ask that you quiet the pet, or remove it from the resort. Facility - Storm shelters. - Owner home, lower level (west side of the main road near the 3 steel sheds). - Basements in Cabins 8 and 9. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am Garbage - Please deposit all waste in the dumpsters. - Do not dispose of grease in your drains. - This will not only clog your drains but ours as well. - Place it in a container, then in a dumpster. Fires - Fires belong only in fire rings, and cans and bottles do not. Fishing Policy - No Fishing from Pedal boats, they are for recreation and are not licensed watercraft. - The DNR or Sheriff will fine you. - Please follow the water Raft rules. - They are for your safety. Speed Limit - To continue driving privileges within the resort, our speed limits must be obeyed. Disclaimer - Rates & policies may change without notice. Cancellation policy for Big Foot Resort
Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - The deposit is non-refundable. - If canceled within 60 days of your reservation start date the entire deposit is forfeited. - If cancelled over 60 days from your reservation start date there is a $50 booking fee and the remainder will be available for a future reservation for up to 1 year. - A 50% deposit is required within 5 days of making the reservation. - Credit card information is required to guarantee a reservation. - A reservation confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. - No refunds are available for early departure. - You will be responsible for payment of the full reserved stay if canceling within 21 days of your reserved arrival date, if not re-rented. - Rates do not include tax. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
