Welcome to the park!
To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:
Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is at 3 pm. - Check-out time is 11:00 am. - Guests should register at the office and pay for any outstanding payments, as well as to find your site. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Watch for children at play. Campsite - Please limit your campsite to no more than 6 people per site/per stay. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours: 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Please be considerate of your neighbors. - Keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Alcohol - Alcoholic beverages are permitted only on your own site in cups, please. No parties with alcohol. Trash Policy - Please put all garbage, candy wrappers, cans, etc. into garbage bags, not in the fire ring. - Tie your garbage bag and put it in the dumpster location. - No garbage bags or cans are allowed outside on campsites. Children Policy - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. - Children should not be left alone at the campground or in the campers. Fire Policy - Please use the fire rings for campfires and clean them out when you depart for the next guest to enjoy. - ONLY WOOD, please in the fire rings. Restroom - Please turn off lights and close the door when leaving the restroom. - If you make a mess please pick up after yourself(s), we don’t want any unexpected visitors in the bathrooms. Vehicle Policy - Bicycles, rollerblades, scooters, ATVs, golf carts, etc. are allowed only on the road, please stop and move off to the side if there are cars/trucks/campers coming by so they can move by you. Golf Carts - Golf carts are allowed and can only be ridden if the driver has a valid driver’s license and insurance. - The guest must show proof of this before using the golf cart. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome, please keep them on a leash and clean up after your pet. - Be considerate of other guests in the park and try to keep barking to a minimum we know they will bark and that is ok. - There will be a cleanup fee of $50 if we have to clean your lot up after you leave from your pet. - Only dogs and cats apply to our pet policy. - No aggressive breeds are allowed (aggressive breeds include but are not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Wolf Dogs Wolf Hybrids, etc.) - Please make sure to let us know you are bringing your furry friends, either by entering the number of pets in the Additional in the online reservation form or by calling us at 828-507-9904. - 2 Pets Maximum. - Not letting us know about your pet(s) before you check in can result in a $50 non-refundable fee. - All of our RV sites are pet friendly and there is no fee, but we do limit the number of dogs to two per site. - No aggressive breeds are allowed. (Pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc.) - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - If tied up outside, they must be accompanied by the owner. - Please be sure that the leash is no longer than about six feet in length. - Pets are not allowed in the Office or in our bathrooms. - Please clean up after your pet(s). Stepping in a pet’s deposit ruins the day for others, so a $50 clean-up fee will be charged if we need to clean up your lot after having left. - Pets need to be good neighbors, not excessively noisy, child-friendly, and non-aggressive (snarling, growling, jumping toward other people, etc. can scare other guests). - If your pet becomes too un-neighborly, you may be asked to leave without a refund. - We do have Eagles on the River, so please keep an eye on your small pets. RV Policy - All RV/Campers must be clean and in good working order. - No washing campers or vehicles of any kind in the park. - No RVs older than 10 years, unless approved by management. - Please send in a photo of your camper. - All RVs must be factory manufactured. - A heated water hose is required in the wintertime. Picnic Table - Please do not place BBQ grills or any other hot items on the picnic tables, if there is damage to them there will be a $150.00 fee to replace the table. Not Allowed - Specifically, not allowed: intoxication, profanity, obscenity, rock throwing, vandalism, use of firearms, and Drugs of any type if any of these are thought to be happening, you will be asked to leave immediately without any type of refund at all. - You forfeit all of your money/deposits when you have violated any of the above listed. EV Policy - There is NO EV charging at the campground, if you a caught charging your EV then there will be a $100 fee. Disclaimer - This is private property. - We reserve the right to enforce all rules for the benefit and safety of all of our guests. - Management is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, mother nature, or other conditions beyond our control and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasonable cause. - We want you to feel like this is a home away from home and feel safe staying with us. - Please come and see us if you are having any problems at all and let us know, we would be happy to help you while you are here, we can't help you after you leave, and if you don't tell us we can't fix it or make it better.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.
Campground Cancellation Policy - You can request a change to your reservation dates or ask for a full refund (less a $25.00 cancellation fee) up to and including 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date for your RV site. - After this 7-day cut-off point, we will charge your credit card for the remainder balance owed on the reservation. - NO REFUNDS / CREDITS given due to inclement weather conditions after the cancellation window or once you have checked in., as we will not have sufficient time to re-rent the site. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

How to read Good Sam Ratings
The three-number rating that accompanies each campground listing in the directory gives readers an at-a-glance assessment of a campground's amenities, cleanliness and environment. All three ratings categories are measured on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best. Less than 1 percent of parks or campgrounds receive the coveted 10 | 10 | 10 rating, which indicates superior facilities that are well maintained, clean, well-appointed restrooms and a highly appealing appearance. Campgrounds are inspected annually by dedicated RVers like you.
Completeness of facilities
The first campground rating evaluates completeness and quality of facilities. In this category we rate interior roads, sites, registration area, hookups, recreation, swimming, security, laundry, store and building maintenance.
Cleanliness of restrooms and showers
The second rating category concerns the cleanliness and physical characteristics of toilets, walls, showers, sinks/counters/mirrors and floor. If a park achieves a full point in each of the above, it receives a star ( ), indicating exceptionally clean restrooms.
Also rated are physical characteristics of restrooms, including interior construction, adequate supplies/odor free, adequate number of facilities, exterior appearance and location in relation to park spaces, and interior appearance.
Visual appeal and environmental quality
This category addresses the park's setting and site layout, function and identification of signage, overall exterior building maintenance, noise, trash disposal, litter and debris around the grounds and sites, and appearance of grounds, sites and entrance area.
