Welcome to the park!

To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests, please abide by the following rules:

General Rules: - Please always observe and obey our 5 MPH speed limit. - Only registered guests can occupy their campsite, and only one RV is allowed campsite. - Children under 14 must be supervised and be accompanied by a PARENT/GUARDIAN while at the pool always. Bay Palms RV Resort does not provide lifeguards, so swim at your own risk. Children must also be supervised while using our facilities. If found unsupervised, the PARENTS/GUARDIANS may be subjected to a fine or the cost of any damage that they may cause. - Keep your campsite clear of all trash, cigarette butts, bottles, cans, etc. It is YOUR responsibility to keep your site looking neat and tidy always. - All trash must be put in the dumpsters located at the front of the park, do not put any household trash in our trash cans around the park. - ALL fire pits must be in their own containers. For absolutely NO reason can there be an uncontained fire. Do not burn leaves or trash. - All golf carts must be registered with the and must have working lights. All golf cart drivers must be at least “16” years old and have a valid driver’s license. - No auto repairs are allowed unless first cleared by the management. - The following are not allowed at your campsite: Window air conditioners, outside structures/sheds, no tents, and no clotheslines clothes racks of any kind! - All vehicles must be registered with the and must be parked within your campsite. Any vehicles over (2) have to park with the storage boats, trailers, etc. -Visitors/Guests: There are only 4 people allowed campsite. Any person(s) over 4 be charged a guest fee of $5.00 person, per day. All guests must sign in with the and receive a registered armband. -Camping fees must be paid on the due date. If not, there will be a $50.00 late fee incurred every seven days from the due date. -In case of emergency, please refer to the attached text for EMERGENCY contact numbers and directions. -Quiet hours are from 10 pm – 8 am, except during major holidays (Memorial Weekend, New Year, Labor Day, ADSFR, Fourth of July, etc.) Pet Rules: -All pets must be kept on a leash and must be picked up after. Please use the correct bag to rid of their messes. -No more than ‘‘3’’ pets RV. -We do allow dog pens; however, you must be outside with your pet while they are in the pen. At no time may any pet be left unattended in a pen while on a lead. -Pets are not allowed inside the Pavilion, Pool area, Laundry room, Bathhouse. -In addition to these rules, you must adhere to the specific facility rules posted. Failure to comply results in your prompt removal from the property without refund. -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
