By accessing the website at https://elkhornridgeresort.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. There is no charge for having pets at an RV site. For an additional $50 pet fee per pet, a guest may have up to 3 pets ONLY in a pet designated cabin. Those cabins are: Small Cabins 30 & 31; Large Cabins 4, 6, 8, 11, 36, 38, 41, & 44. If a guest has a pet(s) in a non-designated pet cabin, there will be a $100 fine per pet. Pets must be always leashed outside of the cabin. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Refunds be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable.

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
